@michaeljknowles Yes & there also needs to be a plan for these children as we rescue them. Many will not be able to tell us who their parents are, & foster care is already so overwhelmed. Families who are willing to adopt must be vetted ASAP so that they can be placed in safe homes. What a mess.

@michaeljknowles Even the children with family are in harms way. Other adults target them for sexual abuse because they and the children know no one can call the police or do anything to stop it.
