Michael Saylor Says Strategy Has No Fixed Target for Its Bitcoin Holdings On September 28, 2026, Strategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor Michael Saylor said in a Binance Binance interview that Strategy has no fixed target for its Bitcoin holdings and will continue buying as it raises capital through equity and credit products. He said Strategy remains a net buyer of Bitcoin, although the difficulty of accumulating more will increase exponentially as BTC rises.
