Refereed in UAE in Sept 23. Since then, 9 Arsenal games, 3 red cards given. First game in that sequence was the Kovacic non red game. Before that, just 4 in 45 league games (plus one in league cup). 1 every 3 games vs 1 every 11.25. Nothing to see here.

I think we need to forget about that Martinelli double yellow. He clears out the player throwing in and then makes a tactical yellow card tackle. The rest I agree with

To this day that Gabriel Martinelli double yellow annoys me. Michael Oliver really just despises Arsenal

Did Doherty in the wolves game need medical attention and treatment by the way? Given the definition of serious foul play is ' excessive force or brutality against an opponent when challenging for the ball' you'd assume he'd have needed it right?

Refs sometimes tally-up minor indiscretions and issue a yellow for persistent (even if minor foul play). Mr Oliver created a precedent sending off Martinelli from a single passage of play. Not seen before or since. The Lewis-Skelly decision continues his proven bias @Arsenal

i hadn't really seen it in a while but why is that Trossard one being debated? Not only had he gone into the back of Bernardo Silva with his elbow, he's then absolutely booted the ball about 50 yards while already on a yellow. It's a nailed on 2nd yellow.
