Michael Proctor truly believed that his "gotcha" moment was when he destroyed his old cell phone, replaced that phone and set it to auto-delete after 30 days. Unbeknownst to him, his phone extraction, which was ordered in August of 2025, was successful back to the year of 2013. Trooper... Proctor thought that he was safe. That his communications regarding topics like Karen Read, the John O'Keefe murder investigation, his job suspension and firing, and other important cases in the county were auto-deleted from his phone. He was so confident that he did several national interviews proclaiming his innocence. That calling Read vulgar names was a joke.. a figure of speech. He never thought that his phone extraction would pull over a decades worth of data which might show his communications regarding the John O'Keefe murder was not a one-off situation but rather a pattern. A pattern of behavior where he, and most likely his cops buddies, mock defendants and/or victims. Where it was normalized to share private details with those that shouldn't know critical and intimate parts of the cases he worked on. There has been a rumor swirling for some time that photographs were potentially being passed around by Norfolk County state police officers when data extractions were completed on the devices of female defendants/victims. It's been speculated that it was the norm to specifically look for images of women. That they made the rounds of the various group chats. Was this true and did it affect the cases of Karen Read, Sandra Birchmore, or Ana Walshe? But no.. no.. according to Proctor, the Read extractions were a lapse in judgement. Before the second trial. Before all the new chaos. And then tried to tell the court that this was the improper venue and to request discovery directly from Proctor himself. The issue? Read's team has already tried that, hence filing in these other cases to force the hand of the DA's office to hand it over because Proctor has since lost that very cell phone. So no, she cannot just subpoena him directly. The ONLY copy left is with the Commonwealth. The same people fighting to keep it sealed. Multiple other defendants from Proctor cases already got this extraction. But Karen Read? Nope. The DA's office protecting Proctor (still) is no surprise but his attorney confirming to the public that yes, he is in fact a piece of shit? Priceless. 👩‍🍳💋

Michael fucking Morrissey For the first time since Karen Read's acquittal, the Norfolk County District Attorney makes a public appearance (outside of his favorite watering holes that serve his favorite Barcardi martinis) to speak on the Brian Walshe guilty verdict. In no surprise, he dodges accountability for any of his offices' actions in regards to the murder investigation of John O'Keefe - even doubling down alluding that Read's acquittal was a "loss". 🤯 He also states that his focus is always on the victims but mind you this is the same DA that refuses to further investigate the murder of Sandra Birchmore or change her case from suicide to murder.. something that Federal Investigators disagree with and have since arrested Matthew Farwell. Tripling down, in regards to his lack of public statements since this past spring, he states that he CAN'T SPEAK because he is "not a politician anymore", that he "doesn't want to affect the jury pool" and essentially states that not his job anymore??? Affect a jury pool of what case? Because the main cases he refuses to speak on will have no future jury because of his incompetence to investigate globally known murder cases in his own county. No mention of John O'Keefe. No mention of Sandra Birchmore. For anyone running for Morrissey's position let me say this: You MUST acknowledge these cases. You MUST campaign with how you intend to clean up this office. You cannot avoid the inevitable truth that the public perception is not "perceived" but rather fact. We do not trust the office. It will take time and re-opening of the O'Keefe and Birchmore cases for anyone to begin to trust DA's office again.

So refreshing, and incredibly validating, for all of us living in the county, to hear Emily D Baker's take on what's currently happening (and has been for decades) in Norfolk. Michael Proctor's misogynistic texts, that he read in the first Karen Read trial, were woefully excused as "locker room talk". Some of these individuals went as far as emailing the DA's office and top political heads within Massachusetts when Proctor was initially suspended - claiming his messages didn't mean what they really said and shouldn't be used against him. Some of these individuals also claimed he would never plead the fifth.. and of course, blamed Karen Read. But flash forward to now, not only did Proctor lose his job and ability to be a cop in Massachusetts ever again - when called upon to testify, his attorney said he will plead the fifth (likely because he could, and would, incriminate himself). All of this happening because a cop - Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe - was murdered and a group of connected individuals wanted (or needed) to cover up what actually happened on January 29th, 2022. And the system ever since has been unraveling. Case after case after case we hear of the same issues over and over and over again. The defendants, victims, case facts and evidence may all be different but the one thing that continues to stand out is the purposeful mishandling of justice in this county.

During a previous appearance on the Full Send Podcast, Tucker Carlson asserted with absolute certainty that Epstein was murdered. Tucker said a friend of his was one of the last people to talk to Epstein before he was killed. The friend told Tucker that Epstein truly believed he was getting out of prison. “A friend of mine, one of the people who last talked to him on the phone the day he was killed, and he had an expectation of a bail hearing in two days.” “He thought he was getting out. So you mean to tell me, the one "gotcha" Michael Proctor used on the stand to try and persuade the jury in Karen Read Trial 1, that he "was already scheduled to be on call" so he wasn't chosen to take the John O'Keefe case, was all a LIE?? Why did Bukake call Proctor to take the case if he WASN'T EVEN ON CALL THAT MORNING?? And how did he know that Lank was already on scene? It is so obvious to anyone with a brain that this was a setup. I would be willing to bet my life that Kevin Albert was informed about what happened and asked Bukake to call Proctor and make him lead investigator so that the cover up for his brother, Brian Albert, could be set in motion. Proctor is a FUCKING FOOL and a POS for doing what he did. That means that Michael Proctor was the FIRST POINT OF FILTRATION before handing it off to the same DA who had already spent years protecting him. ❌ This reminds me of when Jen McCabe was allowed to quickly delete messages (if it really is just messages) that SHE deemed to be private before turning it in when Karen Read was being investigated/prosecuted. What if Brian Walshe was allowed to pick through his own phone before giving it to investigators? What else has Proctor said about Aidan Kearney, for that matter? What is the purpose of data collection if you allow the person under the microscope to remove what he pleases before “opening the kimono?” What did Proctor remove from his device? And furthermore, what did the Norfolk Coumty DA’s office sift out of it? We need full transparency at this point, and not just with Proctor. We need to know who else in the MSP has abused their power, and what defendants/convicts have been railroaded in the process.

BREAKING NEWS 🚨🚨 Per newly-released John O'Keefe and Karen Read trial transcripts (May 24, 2024), undercover ATF Agent Brian Higgins testified or provided information to the US DOJ in Boston under a grant of immunity at some point prior to May of 2024 regarding John's death. Source, pages 127-128 (of 5481) here - Higgins, also according to new documents, was in some kind of bisexual relationship with both John and Karen in the weeks before John's death (that, for some reason, involved "gay men.") Read those text messages here - Furthermore, Higgins was inside a home at 34 Fairview Road in Canton on the night/early morning of January 28th into January 29th of 2022 that John was killed and left to die from a brain hemorrhage and hypothermia on a lawn during a blizzard. In recent weeks, it was also revealed that the state police unit who investigated Karen Read (and who may also have been involved in the coverup of Sandra Birchmore's murder by Stoughton police officer, and affiliate of Epstein-linked Stoughton Deputy Chief Robert Devine, Matthew Farwell) were the subject of an intense federal grand jury investigation related to the "performance of the Massachusetts state police" between, at the very least, the summer of 2024 and the early spring of 2024. According to new Internal Affairs documents released about Tully, after Proctor's six hour grilling by then US Attorney For The District Of Massachusetts Josh Levy, Tully and his right-hand man John Fanning (the trooper who wrote the 2021 state police report clearing Farwell for Birchmore's murder initially, prior to federal charges coming down for Farwell in August of 2024) visited Proctor's home and were desperate for information about that federal probe. Read that IA report here - Interestingly, in December of 2023, Brian Tully also used his official position as a state police officer to ask Lindsey Gaetani if she knew information about the "target of the federal probe." When Lindsey (a witness in the orbit of the TurtleBoy and Karen Read cases) told Tully that Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey was the target of the probe, Tully reacted with shock. Interestingly, Tully would have had access to a November 28, 2023, text messages (sent at 6:42PM ET exactly) from TurtleBoy to Lindsey which indicated that Josh Levy wanted to set an obstruction trap for Read trial witness Jen McCabe (who knows Tully personally and speaks to him directly) by comparing the discovery turned over to Karen Read's legal team with records obtained by the DOJ from McCabe's cellphone between February and May of 2022. Here's the transcript of an interview where Lindsey described that moment with Tully; **Grant Smith-Ellis:** Yeah, and Lindsey, let me ask you about something because I kind of might have previewed it before you came on, but I'm very interested to hear you talk about it. Brian Tully alludes in paragraph 79 of the Karen Read search warrant affidavit to a piece of information you told him related to like something about Josh Levy or something. Did Brian Tully—in December of 2023, while the Birchmore investigation was open (we know that now in hindsight)—did he ask you who the targets of the federal probe were? And what did you tell him, and how did he respond? **Lindsey Gaetani:** Yeah, and I said, yeah—from the conversations I had with Aidan, it was implied or alluded to—from either his conversations with Karen or whatever—that the target was Michael Morrissey. And I remember this moment like as if it were yesterday: Tully, at the same exact time as Nelson—they both looked at each other like their heads turned sideways. They both looked at each other, made eye contact, and kind of smirked. And then they looked back at me and continued the questioning. But it was just like—I was frozen in that moment, and I was like—what was that smirk about? Like, was that a smirk of relief? Like, “We are not the target”? Or was that a smirk of like, “Oh good—like, this is what we thought”? Like, I don't know what that was. I don't—I didn't know how to interpret it. I just know what I saw, you know? Source - In any event, on March 7th of 2024, after Tully found out that the DOJ had the contents of Michael proctor's cellphone (showing Proctor used horrifying language towards Karen Read), Tully was then forced to write up a disciplinary report on Proctor. However, before Tully could do so, Tully was forced to sign an NDA with the DOJ (middlewomaned by Norfolk ADA Laura McLaughlin) whereupon Tully was not allowed to see or hold the records from proctor's cellphone. Instead, Tully had to enter a room with McLaughlin and McLaughlin was not permitted (by the DOJ) to allow Tully to see or touch the documents. She read them, in part, to Tully and then he left the room. Furthermore, it is of note that, in July of 2025 (after Karen's second trial resulted in her acquittal for John's death and a guilty verdict on OUI) Michael Proctor, through counsel, told a lawyer in a number of other cases that Proctor investigated (including Myles King and Brian Walshe) that Proctor did not have any phone records to turn over to those defendants because his "old phone was destroyed in November of 2024" and "his new phone auto deletes itself every 30 days." Just a few months later, however, in late August of 2025, "someone" turned over 13 years of Proctor's phone records (including records that showed Proctor "sharing an SA victims name" with third parties, "sharing intimate images" with third parties and, also, potentially using racial slurs against defendants in cases Proctor investigated. Read more background about that timeline and Proctor's phone records here - In light of that information showing up in the Norfolk DA's possession, somehow, and then being turned over to multiple criminal defendants, Proctor then dropped his long-standing appeal of his discharge from the state police and retreated from public life entirely (as did almost all of his friends and allies connected to the Read investigation, many of whom were transferred demoted or involved in strange public scandals wherein the Boston Police Commissioner called them into his office and then lied to the media about it). As a result, it may well be that Brian Higgins is, or was, cooperating as a federal witness against some of the members of the state police unit who were involved in the investigation of John O'Keefe's death (and potentially he coverup of Sandra Birchmore's murder). They both looked at each other, made eye contact, and kind of smirked. And then they looked back at me and continued the questioning. Source - In any event, on March 7th of 2024, after Tully found out that the DOJ had the contents of Michael proctor's cellphone (showing Proctor used horrifying language towards Karen Read), Tully was then forced to write up a disciplinary report on Proctor. However, before Tully could do so, Tully was forced to sign an NDA with the DOJ (middlewomaned by Norfolk ADA Laura McLaughlin) whereupon Tully was not allowed to see or hold the records from proctor's cellphone. Instead, Tully had to enter a room with McLaughlin and McLaughlin was not permitted (by the DOJ) to allow Tully to see or touch the documents. She read them, in part, to Tully and then he left the room. Furthermore, it is of note that, in July of 2025 (after Karen's second trial resulted in her acquittal for John's death and a guilty verdict on OUI) Michael Proctor, through counsel, told a lawyer in a number of other cases that Proctor investigated (including Myles King and Brian Walshe) that Proctor did not have any phone records to turn over to those defendants because his "old phone was destroyed in November of 2024" and "his new phone auto deletes itself every 30 days." Just a few months later, however, in late August of 2025, "someone" turned over 13 years of Proctor's phone records (including records that showed Proctor "sharing an SA victims name" with third parties, "sharing intimate images" with third parties and, also, potentially using racial slurs against defendants in cases Proctor investigated. Read more background about that timeline and Proctor's phone records here - In light of that information showing up in the Norfolk DA's possession, somehow, and then being turned over to multiple criminal defendants, Proctor then dropped his long-standing appeal of his discharge from the state police and retreated from public life entirely (as did almost all of his friends and allies connected to the Read investigation, many of whom were transferred demoted or involved in strange public scandals wherein the Boston Police Commissioner called them into his office and then lied to the media about it). As a result, it may well be that Brian Higgins is, or was, cooperating as a federal witness against some of the members of the state police unit who were involved in the investigation of John O'Keefe's death (and potentially he coverup of Sandra Birchmore's murder). Kyle Shanahan on Curtis Robinson: “He's really worked to get better each year, and he's a very talented guy. I think when he came here, he hadn't played in a system like this for a while. It took him a little bit to kind of pick that up, but we so believed in him as a guy and his talent level that after a year, you could start to see it clicking. He became a big asset on special teams, and last year was the first time that we really believed he was going to step in there, really contribute at linebacker at a high level. It was actually kind of a sad story, but it was about 20 minutes before he tours ACL, was the first time that I told him he'd be starting that week. It was his first start in his career, and he had earned it. We were going to move him ahead of Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles at the time. I had just told Flannigan, which was tough for Flannigan, but they were so tight, so he was happy for Curtis. Then it was about 20 minutes later that Curtis tore his ACL on special teams before he even got to a defensive rep. He was so coming in there and finally about to have his moment. In his latest video, David Wilcock thought that the photo of Jesus that Donald Trump posted was a "message by the Alliance" suggesting Trump was the Anti-Christ, which David then believed he and Trump were connected with a scar on the ear, and this caused Wilcock to wonder "if he was a part of the Anti-Christ thing too". Over the years Wilcock would entertain some fairly delusional stuff in his videos, but his most recent ideas indicate that his mind was spiraling into some serious self-doubt and paranoia. He would often be positive on camera, or try to be - I think this was a coping mechanism for the struggles he was facing off camera. Looks like it was to a point where he couldn't hide it as much anymore.

I find it fascinating that the attorneys representing the HAM plaintiffs, and their online cohorts, are bringing up the FBI Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (RCFL) when discussing phone evidence. Because one of the HAMs themselves, Brian Higgins, actually used that resource for his own phone. On January 30th, 2022, Higgins called his "best friend" ATF Agent Matt Kelch, who Higgins described as being good with the "phone stuff." He asked Kelch how he could "pull text strings off (his) phone" so he could provide them to state police. For timeline-wise, this phone call occurred one day after the death of John O'Keefe. Kelch walked him through it, and Higgins went to the FBI RCFL facility and used a kiosk on the first floor to extract selected information from his phone. Flash forward to September 22nd, 2022 when Karen Read's defense team publicly sought an order requiring Higgins to preserve his phone for forensic examination. Six days later, with the preservation order about to be served, Higgins got a new phone and changed his number. The next day, September 30th, he is officially served. Higgins was eventually interviewed by federal prosecutors in May of 2023 and discussed what he had done with the phone. During this portion of trial testimony, it is revealed that Higgins had removed the "cut or broken" SIM card from his original phone, possibly destroyed that same phone and threw away the two items at two different dumpsters on a military base. It was also testified to that he was eventually placed on desk duty, but the public record doesn't establish why. Could his use of a federal forensic resource in the RCFL building to extract information from his personal phone have played a role? I don't know. But considering Higgins' lawsuit against Karen Read and Aidan Kearney includes claims involving his employment and professional reputation, discovery could potentially shed light on why he was placed on leave/desk duty, what his supervisors knew about the phone, and whether those events were connected. Maybe future filings will finally answer that question. 🫠
