I went from 92 to 98 miles an hour by adjusting my drop. When I used to think about the drop phase in my delivery, I thought I needed to drop as hard as I could into my back leg. So that’s what I did. I dropped in, got into a squat position, and powered myself out of it. That got me to the low to mid nineties. What got me to 96, 97, and 98 was learning to create linear momentum during the drop. I started moving down the mound instead of just dropping straight down. One of the biggest things that helped was dropping into the inside of my back foot. Before, I would drop into the sole of my back foot. That put me in a very vertical shin angle and I’d go straight down. Then I had to push out of it. The simple adjustment I made was dropping into the inside of my back foot. That put me in a position where my shin wasn’t as vertical. It created a force vector that helped me get down the mound and build linear momentum instead of just going straight down. That linear momentum wasn’t powered by me. It was powered by gravity. I was able to use gravity to my advantage and throw harder with less effort.

When I was 17 I lost my mom. I only have a handful of pictures and zero videos of her. A couple years ago, on my birthday, I got a text from a number I didn’t recognize. It simply said “happy birthday” with a YouTube link. I clicked it and my heart stopped. It was my mom. I had to pull over immediately. She was telling me how proud she was of me and how she wondered what I’d become. Maybe a policeman, a preacher, or even a clown. I couldn’t believe it. Well, it turns out the random phone number was my friend Jon’s dad, who had found this video on an old VHS tape they made before a 1999 school event. I was 16. This experience got me thinking... what if we could have one last conversation with someone we lost? That question led to the creation of the Crossing Over Express. It was my most personal film to date, and to my own surprise, reached more people than anything I had ever done. The film went viral and millions of people saw it within the first couple of weeks. Messages flooded in from people I had never met, but who were deeply touched by the story - especially those who had lost a loved one too. In the End. A Song Dedicated to my brother Earl M. Hunter. My oldest brother has passed on. A very unexpected way to start off my 2025. My brother was so proud of me and everything I accomplished over the years and he never hid it. Even when I felt like y’all weren’t listening to my music or paying attention to things I would be doing I knew ONE person that was watching everything that I was doing and was happy about it everything. From day one my brother always had my back , besides I was the youngest so they always felt like they had to protect me. As we got older much really didn’t change , he always remained the big brother to me until his last day here. I’m really going to miss my brother. It’s weird that someone you have known your whole entire existence is completely gone now. As I get older I do realize that I’m going to see a lot things in life , something’s good ,and something things “bad”but that’s LIFE. I have learned to accept that. My brother always stressed the fact that it’s FAMILY OVER EVERYTHING and during this whole process my family really came together and did what a family is supposed to do and I know that he would love that. I have to go voluntarily." ~~~ When Your Father Is Not Really Your Father Star Trek: Voyager, The Soul Trap and Parasites Feeding Off Our Energy First aired in 1997 - This alien took on the form of her father. Joe McMoneagle reported something similar in a RVing session that turned into an OBE (see below). For years, we've heard the idea that certain ideas are "downloaded" into the minds of Hollywood writers from an intelligence that wants to get messages to humanity in order to help us wake the hell up. Or, it just might be cool idea for an STV episode. I first saw this on Howdie Mickoski's YT: ~~~ Captain Janeway (CJ): "You're an alien. You created all these hallucinations, haven't you?" Both of us were walking around the room holding our heads in pain. I explained to him what had happened and it turned out I had gone almost comatose, slipped backwards on the chair, and he became concerned. He figured things were out of control and we terminated the remote viewing. "We recorded the material and opened the envelope and discovered that the target was the UFO target. Had some work in LA, and then I came here. But yesterday, I rode a horse for the first time. So it was an unbelievable experience." "But when I was younger, there used to be a horse that was in a field nearby, just a shy horse. And it was this beautiful horse. It was just on its own every day. So I'd go and stop, and it would come over to me, and I'd spend time [with it]. And then when I'd start walking home, I'd start to notice my allergies started kicking off. And then my breathing, I'd struggle to breathe. And I'd really, really struggle. And I didn't know that I had asthma." "Then I was, I happened to be around another horse another time, and I had an asthma attack. And it was a really scary experience, because I didn't have an inhaler or anything. So anyways, I stayed away from horses since that day. That was when I was probably like 14 or something. And I went through this desensitization program, because my allergies were crazy, particularly for hay fever in the UK. And I didn't think anything of it. I hadn't thought about it. And I did a shoot at the beginning of this year with a horse for the Time 100 magazine. And I took medication, antihistamine. But I was able to be around this horse, no problems. So yesterday, I did a shoot with a horse for Plus 44. And I was like, can I ride it? And I got on. And it was just, wow. It was an amazing experience." "The horse started moving. And it started to gallop. And I didn't know what to do in that moment. So I panicked a little bit. But it was beautiful. Retirement. 🥲 I wanted to get very VULNERABLE with my followers and friends on twitter. This was a VERY hard decision for me. I want to thank everyone that I've met in Valorant. It has come time for me to move on and pursue a different career path in the eSports realm of Valorant. To everyone that I've met, you guys have all helped me grow as an Individual and a player, whether you liked me or not, it built my thick skin. I am going to be moving on with my career, and stepping into the coaching side of things, while also finishing my AA in Kinesiology, and trying to get my degree in Sports Psychology.
