This is not a knock on Jasson Dominguez because he’s new in LF. A more experienced LF will make this catch. You can see the short strides Dominguez is taking to the ball. He has shown hesitancy on balls to the deeper parts of LF and he doesn’t have good reads off the bat. Footwork and reads have always been an issue with him. The hope is that he gets comfortable over time but he’s still a liability out there that will result in moments like this.

Former Raiders Quarterback Derek Carr speaks on the Maxx Crosby trade rumors and explains why it’d be a terrible idea “You can’t trade him. He’s one of the best if not the best in the league. You’re not just losing a defensive end if you trade him. You’re losing your team”

Nikola Jokic on Jaylen Brown: “He’s playing at a high level, scoring the ball, and he’s such a good defensive player too. The versatility to him is he can play both sides of the ball… he’s a really good player.”

Elmer Rodriguez is going to be a tough AB once he hones in that sinker command. Middle of the rotation floor makes him the most valuable pitching prospect in the system. We had some good feedback from scouts about his growth this year:

After a challenging start to the playoffs, J-Dub’s confidence is rising & he’s playing like a true championship-caliber 2nd option… 4.5 PPG in transition for the playoffs & creating 10 potential-assists per game in the WCF while providing a ton of defensive versatility.

This makes the whole debate around Penix look completely ridiculous. They got him a competent coaching staff. Now get him healthy, get a good insurance plan, and let him play.

Because the high step is +4 this could be an option since you can just finish the string and it does really good chip if they blocked. The trade you have a little bit time.
