In the early days of curser I bought a yearly account and was still in their first days of trial and requested cancellation. They obliged but then I got a note from @mntruell that if I’m willing to continue to use it while the billing stayed cancelled and refunded. Every day curser surprised me as they continued to improve. Well done!
