In these last moments, we have a responsibility to face the reality of what is happening in the spiritual realm and that can be heavy sometimes. It’s isolating having spiritual eyes- having to partake in a world that you are detached from. A world that you see the truth of. A world that doesn’t see what you do. And it’s ok to talk about it. But some in the church are avoiding this. Some are sticking their heads in the sand and ignoring the fact that we are even in the end times… to a point where when people talk about the heaviness, they feel like we’re saying we have given up. Church, let’s please start answering this call to be REAL. To face the reality of what is happening-of the times we are in. Yes there is a heaviness that comes with that, but having eyes to see will always motivate us to share Jesus even more because we know we are at the end.

It has been so long, I want everyone to be happy, not wanting everyone to see me.. but I really wanna apologise. Situations like this cause BIG TIME fatigue…because how do we go from dinner to disaster this fast?? ⤵️ A woman runs up a Red Lobster tab like it’s unlimited season…then decides the bill is optional 😭 Manager steps in…now it’s instantly loud. She’s calling everybody names, threatening to slap the manager, and yelling “WHAT I OWE YOU?!” like the receipt didn’t answer that question. Police show up thinking it’s a simple situation…NOPE. She squares up like it’s round one. Officer says say less…next thing you know it’s a quick trip to the floor and an even quicker trip to jail. All that over some seafood…now she got a court date with her leftovers.

Ye narrative : I had this vision of performing Heil Hitler at the Grammys wearing a swastika t-shirt and crying because we broke down all the walls of censorship to break down all of the woes and Me Too and Cancel and all of these ideas between all of the tweets and the songs and the music and really, you know, all the threats, the threat of death, the non-threats of money and cutting off finances and all that happened and we went through this war to like really fight for our freedom as artists because you can't be artists if you can't tell the truth. You're no longer artists anymore. You're now a commodity. You're a slave. You have to say exactly what you're thinking and by you saying exactly what you're thinking, that's like, that's how the universe moves forward. God puts these ideas in our head that we have to blur out. I've been looked down and should've fallen so many times by controlled people for just saying what I actually felt even though there are a lot of people that felt very similar to that so that just being able to have these three words, nigger, hell, Hitler, and finally put it in three words that you wouldn't see together and to have been blessed to channel the greatest song that's been made to date, the energy, you know. When we make songs, like when I made Come to Life, it was the greatest song that had been made to date. When I made Moon, it was the greatest song that had been made to date. Let’s talk side to side imbalances cause I know A LOT OF PEOPLE are (A) dealing with these and (B) confused about how to remedy them…. (This post will be LOWER BODY focused) For starters, if you’ve got a large side to side discrepancy…these are going to be the exercises you’ll want to use to help even that out: (In no particular order) - Smith Split Squats - Single Leg Press - Single Leg Extension - Single Leg Seated Ham Curls - Single Leg Prone Ham Curls - Single Leg 45° Extensions - B Stance Smith/Machine Glute Bridges - Single Leg Calf Press Here is the SIMPLE PROTOCOL you’ll using when performing these exercises to help even out your side to side imbalance: When performing a unilateral exercise… - Start with the weaker side - Take set to target RIR - Match reps on stronger side (even if you have more left to give) NO REST NEEDED between sides if a discrepancy is present FWIW…if you were performing a unilateral exercise and NO discrepancy were present, the play would be to take ample rest (2-3+ minutes) between sides — you are almost treating it as two separate sets in this instance ONE FINAL VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Side to side imbalance are NOT abnormal They are NOT even PROBLEMATIC unless the gap is large enough If you have (let’s say) a 5% discrepancy from right to left (or vice versa), there really isn’t a need to bias heavily toward unilateral exercises If, however, that gap is closer to (let’s say) 10, 15, 20+%…you’d be wise to bias toward the unilateral exercises and protocol listed above until the gap shrinks to a more reasonable size (perhaps <10%)

(This post will be LOWER BODY focused) For starters, if you’ve got a large side to side discrepancy…these are going to be the exercises you’ll want to use to help even that out: (In no particular order) - Smith Split Squats - Single Leg Press - Single Leg Extension - Single Leg Seated Ham Curls - Single Leg Prone Ham Curls - Single Leg 45° Extensions - B Stance Smith/Machine Glute Bridges - Single Leg Calf Press Here is the SIMPLE PROTOCOL you’ll using when performing these exercises to help even out your side to side imbalance: When performing a unilateral exercise… - Start with the weaker side - Take set to target RIR - Match reps on stronger side (even if you have more left to give) NO REST NEEDED between sides if a discrepancy is present FWIW…if you were performing a unilateral exercise and NO discrepancy were present, the play would be to take ample rest (2-3+ minutes) between sides — you are almost treating it as two separate sets in this instance ONE FINAL VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Side to side imbalance are NOT abnormal They are NOT even PROBLEMATIC unless the gap is large enough If you have (let’s say) a 5% discrepancy from right to left (or vice versa), there really isn’t a need to bias heavily toward unilateral exercises If, however, that gap is closer to (let’s say) 10, 15, 20+%…you’d be wise to bias toward the unilateral exercises and protocol listed above until the gap shrinks to a more reasonable size (perhaps <10%)

You’re the man; you must lead! (unless you’re gunning for the friend zone, that is. Why not just TAKE HER with you while you pick up your stuff? What this dude SHOULD HAVE done was say “Oh wow my bad I assumed you ate — let me make it up to you, I’m a great cook. Have you ever had pollo piccata? Let’s scoop some ingredients and I will whip you up a restaurant-tier meal; all on me since it’s my fault you didn’t eat.” That’s how you make amends + get her back to your place in style. Not whatever this guy did (“let’s just each go buy our groceries separately then meet back up”) The whole meta frame here was wack, really: Going on a date is about taking leadership with a woman and bringing her into your world & frame. If you are just meandering around, asking her what to do, ignoring her state, ignoring what she is saying, sending her off to go off on her own so you can meet up with her later, that is not a date. That is two people just sort of hovering around each other with no clear leader. Women go to bed with men who lead them. They friend zone or ignore men who don’t. Plan your dates properly. It takes a little extra time but makes ALLLLLLLL the difference!
