Language in our NHS is important - women and girls menstruate and BREASTfeed. Men don’t. Women & men need separate hospital wards, toilets and changing rooms - for safety and dignity. Enough is enough. Our Welsh NHS needs to fall in line with the Supreme Court ruling that “sex” means “biological sex”. The rest of the UK starting to fall in line with the law.. 1. 🚨BREAKING: County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust has paid £187,000 in damages, apologised, and committed to separate changing facilities for male and female staff following the Darlington nurses’ legal case. In January, the Employment Tribunal had found the nurses suffered harassment and indirect sex discrimination over workplace changing-room arrangement. The case, brought by seven nurses at Darlington Memorial Hospital, Bethany Hutchison, Lisa Lockey, Karen Danson, Tracy Hooper, Annice Grundy, Carly Hoy and Jane Peveller, was supported by the Christian Legal Centre, which has provided the nurses with legal, media and pastoral support from the beginning of their ordeal. The case has become one of the most significant legal challenges in recent years concerning the freedom of female staff to access single-sex spaces in the workplace, with the nurses being compared to the Ford Dagenham workers and being dubbed ‘The Angels of the North.’ In January, Employment Judge Seamus Sweeney, ruled that the policy, which had been in place at the Trust for years allowing men who identify as women to access the female staff changing room, had amounted to unlawful discrimination. Following extensive and at times deeply protracted negotiations, the Trust has now paid out £187,000 in damages to the nurses, which does not include legal costs, which are still to be decided at a further hearing. This figure also does not include the Trust’s own legal costs of £603,000, and counting, spent on defending its position of allowing men into female changing rooms. Sandie Peggie may have won her central case against NHS Fife but the ruling was seriously flawed. For instance the tribunal ruled that it was ok for biological males to use women-only changing rooms, even though this goes against April's Supreme Court ruling. That is why I fully support her decision to appeal it. But one must not forget that all of this stems from SNP's embrace of reckless self-ID and gender ideology. John Swinney must ensure that all public bodies follow the law adhere to the Supreme Court's ruling. #WomenWontWheest #WomenWontWait #IStandbySandiePeggie

There is NO “reversal.” The 2025 policy is not changing—USCG issued a lawful order that doubles down on our *current* policies prohibiting the display, distribution or use of hate symbols by Coast Guard personnel. It is unfortunate that the Coast Guard must take time away from its mission to protect our nation to respond to these baseless smears and revolting lies from the media.

Your stance on protecting children from irreversible gender procedures is a basic test of sanity and moral clarity. If you can’t pass that test, you have no business shaping public policy in this country. That same test applies to recognizing biological reality, acknowledging that men and women are different, that there are only two genders, and that biological males have no place competing in women’s sports. These aren’t partisan issues. They’re foundational truths. And the radical left has failed every one of them.
