Michigan Democrats are terrified Biden will implode and drag them down. So today they bet the bank and went all out to codify election fraud into state statute with SB 603. Today they smashed through this gigantic pile of election-fraud-enabling legislation today with Democrat only votes. SB603 Repeals current... law that gives authority to bipartisan county Boards of Canvassers to investigate fraud and other wrongdoing including ballot tampering during recounts. With the passage of their (election-fraud-enabling) Bill, there will be no future route for requesting a recount if you believe there was fraud. Under their corruption bill, candidates will be prohibited from requesting a recount if they suspect fraud and is designed to stop investigations of election fraud by the Board of Canvassers. This disgusting bill will now permit clerks to recount ballots even if seals are broken on ballot containers and was essentially written by the Secretary of State who was reversed multiple times, by our Supreme Court for her illegal election decisions. The bill changes the standard for a candidate or party to petition for a recount of election results from alleging there has been “mistake or fraud” in the process to now only permitting alleging there has been an “error.” So even if the candidate or Party is absolutely convinced there was fraud, this cannot be alleged or investigated. To boot, this Democrat’s bill makes it tougher to do a recount by doubling the recount petition fees and making it a felony for 'interfering' with a recount without any clear definition of what that means to open up more “LAWFARE.” If passed as is, the language is changed to prohibit a recount, investigation or audit of the conduct of an election when fraud is alleged to only a determination of the number of votes cast for one candidate or another, or a ballot question. Lastly, the bill says a recount could not assess the qualification of the voters participating in an election, or the manner in which ballots are applied for, or issued to voters. Wow isn’t that a doozy. If illegals, or dead people, or those not registered in Mich. are voting, we cannot “assess the qualification of those voters or the manner in which those ballots were applied for and issued to these voters.” Yep, the Democrats have completely thrown off the mask with this terrible bill attempting to win at any cost-our Republic... be damned.show more

We need to make sure all independent voters, it is certainly they who cherish free and fair elections, are apprised of the Democrats plans to steal elections this cycle. I believe independent voters will want to hurl on this bill if they get wind of how bad it is. The bill will likely be taken up by the house next week.

I really believe state party has got to mobilize and get the word out. I believe the independent voter in Michigan does not appreciate the Democrats plans to steal elections. We have to make sure to get the word out. The media certainly is doing nothing.

In Maricopa County, Arizona, during the 2020 election audit, pallets with thousands of duplicate ballots were found with NO serial numbers, which are crucial for creating a paper trail for audits, especially with duplicate ballots. If the corresponding serial numbers for the duplicated ballots are NOT on the ballots, there is NO way to determine if that ballot was tabulated and counted 1x or 1000x, which opens the door to massive ballot fraud.

Michigan 2022 election officials were witnessed adding names to the voter lists and poll books without legal corresponding documentation in order to cook the books to balance out the count. Ballots were found cast from unregistered voters and the books were being illegally balanced and no one would sign off on the election but the politicians and officials not involved in the election wanted to in order to certify Biden's win. Michigan is completely crooked. - Ballots were found cast from unregistered voters. - Unregistered voters shared exact same ballot numbers Absentee ballots were placed in 6 books, 5 of the books could not be counted because of no signatures. - 90% of absentee ballots could not be tabulated or counted because the Board of Canvassers refused to open the canisters because only one person signed the seal. - The local election director would not certify and sign off on the results or related documents due to the massive amounts of fraud found. - County Canvassers also refused to sign off. - Flint, MI precincts had election inspectors that were 92% Democrat and only 6% Republican. 50/50 is required. Under Michigan law, precincts found to be out of balance cannot be used in a recount but were anyway.

This is from an independent journalist in San Diego named Amy Reichert: "Multiple Spencer Pratt voters have contacted me saying their signatures were rejected and their ballots were not counted. Here is the letter they get. “More than 200,000 Californians have had their ballots rejected since 2020. This is what happens when you don’t require voter ID. If a machine can identify your party registration, people have every right to question whether the process can be manipulated." This is from a man who lives in Southern California named Russ. He said, "Today I received a letter, just like my neighbor did, informing me that my California ballot was not counted because my ‘signature verification’ supposedly didn't match the state's records. I've been voting in California for 20 years." Leftists are engaging in a series of talking points to defend the California election system. They say things like, “Well, you need to sign the ballots, so there will be signature verification” or “We check those signatures” or “It has to be postmarked by Election Day” or “Ballot harvesters have to put their signature on the ballot envelope, so it's not done anonymously. There's still a chain of custody for these ballots.” They're saying these things to try to instill confidence in voters, when none of us have any confidence in the California election system. So they say “You need to sign it.” OK, but does a smiley face count? Oh, it counts. And they say, “We checked these signatures.” OK, do you check them on any ballots other than Republican ballots? Because there have been reports of Los Angeles election workers telling journalists, “Actually, we don't really check these ballots.” So do you or don't you? The mail-in ballots that come in late, the left says, “They have to be postmarked by Election Day. These are not people that are casting ballots after Election Day tallies have been made public.” Actually, you don't need a postmark. If you look at California election law, you don't have to have a postmark by Election Day. You can simply handwrite any date that is either on or before Election Day, and the ballot is counted. What happens to the ballots that have been ballot-harvested and are turned in to be counted if the ballot harvester doesn't put his or her name on that ballot? Is that ballot rejected? Oh, no, it's not rejected. That ballot is still counted, even if the ballot harvester doesn't sign the ballot envelope. So all of these talking points that are thrown at us by the left are…lies.

Democrats want to keep mail-in ballots because there's really no real chain of custody or way to even prove voter fraud, and they know this. They don't care about your rights, President Trump was right, there was MASSIVE fraud in the 2020 election, especially with mail-in ballots and the only reason they want to keep them is because it's the only way Democrats can win elections. Sheriff Chad Bianco says in the 2024 election there were 611,000 valid ballots returned in Riverside County, CA. The only problem…there were 659,000 votes cast.
