You know Sherrone Moore is a great coach cause his clinic tape is against Ohio State, Iowa, Michigan St. That’s like me. I show tape from the best competition my kids face all year. If you show me clips from a lesser opponent, I’m still going to question what you are showing me.

DL’s need to call out pullers for adjustments

6-Man Protection – X’s & O’s Diagram Style (Half-Slide Example – most commonly taught by Bobby Acosta) Basic Alignment (Shotgun Example) Offense •LT – LG – C – RG – RT •RB aligned opposite slide call •4 receivers in route Defense (example) •4 Down DL •2 Linebackers (Mike + Will) 🔄 Step 1: Declare the Mike The QB or Center identifies the Mike linebacker. That sets: •The blocking count for the offensive line •The direction of the slide Example call: “Mike 52! Slide Right!” 🔁 Step 2: The Half-Slide Rules 👉 Slide Side (Right in this example) •RG → inside gap first •RT → next inside threat •C → helps play-side A-gap They are zone-protecting gaps, not specific defenders. 👉 Backside (Man Side) •LT → Man on defensive end •LG → Man on defensive tackle They block big-on-big. Step 3: Running Back Responsibility The RB: 1.Scans inside first opposite the slide 3.Picks up first linebacker or edge blitzer 4.If no threat → check release Coaching point often emphasized: “Inside-out, most dangerous first.” 📊 How It Handles Pressure ✅ Handles 4-man rush easily ✅ Handles 5-man pressure cleanly ⚠️ Versus 6-man pressure: QB must throw hot or adjust protection. 🎯 Why This Works •Strong interior wall •Backside edge secured •Flexible vs. common blitzes •Allows deeper route concepts To request for the OC Google Doc Workbook Drive. Ferris State HC Tony Annese - GT Counter Triple Option - Quarterback Fundamentals... Catch the ball and make a 1/8th turn to face the DE you are reading. Stab the ball back off of your back hip. Mesh with the RB while reading the DE. The DE must squeeze hard enough to tackle the RB in order for you to pull the ball. If he does pull and seed the ball at your chest. Attack the pitch key's outside shoulder (1st man outside the tackle box). If he darts to the slot keep the ball. If he stays with you, pitch the ball and avoid the hit. -Running Back Fundamentals... Take 2 shuffle steps for depth (almost like a OT pass set). Wait for the ball to be brought back to you. Once it is, track behind your pullers making sure to keep a big pocket so the QB can get a good mesh. Once you get the ball follow your pulling tackle and fit off of his block. Get upfield at the first opportunity. -Slot Fundamentals... The motion timing is on the slot on this play. Motion as late as possible to still get in pitch position (we would try to motion at the snap on this play but depending on how fast each slot is they may have to cheat it a bit). Motion at the QB's heals and run full speed. Once you get into pitch phase yell for the ball to let the QB know you are there and stay in pitch phase till you get the ball. -Perimeter Blocking - On this play we will switch block with our WR and Slot. That means the WR is going to block the high safety and the Slot will block the corner. We leave the OLB as the pitch key. We still want to make sure we are square to the man we are blocking so the slot will go flat down the LOS until he gets to the same vertical plane as the corner and then he will climb to block him.

The Complete Futures Trading Strategy (Just 3 Steps, 2 Timeframes) (and if you want the full 2-hour masterclass from which the video below was clipped from—just comment “MASTERCLASS” and I’ll DM it to you in the next few minutes) Firstly, futures trading helps you achieve consistent profits with maximum flexibility—trade around your 9-5, your timezone, or any lifestyle commitment. It's one of the easiest markets to trade because: (1) You get regulated leverage without shady brokers (2) Deep liquidity means instant execution with zero slippage (3) Markets are open 23 hours a day from Sunday evening to Friday evening (4) And you can trade during Asia, London, or New York sessions—whenever fits YOUR schedule. HOW TO START: You only need 2 timeframes: 1) Higher timeframe: 5-minute 2) Lower timeframe: 1-minute Then we use these while following the 3-step strategy: Step 1: Identify Break of Structure On the 5-minute chart, find where price breaks the previous swing high (bullish) or swing low (bearish). This tells you the trend direction. If bullish, only look for longs. If bearish, only shorts. Step 2: Mark High-Probability Zones Find the supply/demand zone that LED to that break of structure. A high-probability zone must have all three: 1) Created a break of structure 2) Left an imbalance (gap in price) 3) Swept liquidity (triggered stop losses) Step 3: Wait for Entry Signal Avoid entering on first mitigation—that's the trap (inducement). Instead, wait for price to: 1) Mitigate your zone 2) Create a fake bounce (inducement) 3) Sweep the liquidity below/above that first reaction 4) THEN enter on the second move Then place stop loss below the liquidity sweep candle. Target minimum 1:2 risk-reward.
