MICRO CODEX MOBILE IS FINALLY IN BETA! With this app, I tried to recreate Codex Micro OpenAI’s new device on mobile,all built with codex. → Chats → Fast Mode → Reasoning effort → Custom buttons The UI is still a work in progress , for this beta, functionality comes... first. Want to try it? DM me your email for a TestFlight invite.show more

@Kappaemme1926 opensource version:

@Kappaemme1926 Would be awesome to have it for all the frontier model apps.

now only for codex

@Kappaemme1926 Can make it for android pls,it seems intresting 👀

@WFD_ryufps for now is only for ios,but maybe

@Kappaemme1926 Oki, but if you can make it for android too i will for sure download this. Noneotheless the app looks good or if you can opensource this app on github then i can try to make this myself for android.

@WFD_ryufps 💪🏼👍🏻

@Kappaemme1926 Nice stuff 👏🏿

@Kappaemme1926 Would love to

do u have ios?

@Kappaemme1926 Nah. I don't use an iPhone

@Kappaemme1926 if you just want to try it right now without installing an app, i made a mobile web version

@Kappaemme1926 cool

@Kappaemme1926 having this on my phone is going to ruin my sleep schedule

@Kappaemme1926 the custom buttons are the real operator surface. on mobile, presets and tool calls matter more than mimicking the device because they make a Codex session restartable from a pocket.

@Kappaemme1926 Always cooking

@Kappaemme1926 I would love to try

@Kappaemme1926 @Dimillian Go

@Kappaemme1926 Custom buttons feel like the hardest piece to port without the physical keys — curious if you mapped them to preset prompts, tool calls, or something you can swap per project
