Microsoft Copilot is flopping with customers and has serious security issues in this amazing expose by Business Insider. Copilot is evidently not what AI was meant to be. ❤️

@BusinessInsider I wouldn’t trust a word of a @BusinessInsider hit piece.

@BusinessInsider Microsoft actually ushered in LLM’s and owns 49% of OpenAi. While salesforce did nothing with Einstein

@BusinessInsider I agree that Microsoft (and industry in general) has a long way to go with copilots and agents. But, @BusinessInsider has zero credibility as a tech publication.

lol, you're literally not even mentioned in this video--that is how far behind you are--and you think this is bullish for $CRM? My friend who is a senior engineering director @ $CRM said you keep touting AI features before they've even begun trying to develop them. Why are you so worried?

@BusinessInsider I love it when CEO’s come out swinging! @salesforce is still in great hands. 🙌🏽

@BusinessInsider I’m curious @Benioff - is this poor execution OR that the idea of AI everywhere is flawed with the current tools? I’m getting great results from lots of narrow AI but I’m not working at scale. What’s your take and how is @salesforce approaching this differently?
