2. Beta Channel - At the bottom select “Power User” - Then in the developer tab, click on “LM Runtimes” - Change from “Stable” to “Beta”

3. Download Phi-4-Mini Type Phi-4-Mini in the model search tab. I recommend the version published by bartowski and “Q4_0”, which will be suitable in most cases.
