The misinformation on that video is loud lol. Microwave are generally safe. As long as it isn't faulty, ensure you don't put metals inside, cook at an appropriate time, ensure the heat is evenly distributed and do not overcook - because whether you are using normal oven or not, nutrient-loss happens when you overcook. Ensure you use rubbers or ceramic plates that is compatible with microwave and life would be good.
