Volunteers displayed a large #FreeHK banner at Lighthouse Park We formed a human chain to recreate the light chain that connected #HKers at Lion Rock in 2019. We hope that the lights would connect across the world, and here are people who have not given up.

Many have strong views about the policies regarding hunger strikes, Palestine Action and the violence associated with their protests. Their families and loved ones want to know about their welfare- today I pressed for ministers to respond to their concerns and will continue to prioritise this on behalf of my constituents.

The Iranian people, and women and girls in particular, have spent many years putting their lives at risk to protest against the repressive regime. We must stand in solidarity with them in their fight for the fundamental human rights of freedom of expression and right to protest.

One year since the passage of the Working Families Tax Cuts and we have MANY achievements to celebrate. President Trump’s landmark legislation, passed by Congress, has empowered families and given Americans more freedom in their healthcare. The list is long, and it will continue to grow thanks to President Trump!

[ Field Footage ] The massive flooding in Guangxi has been devastating! The Chinese Communist Party’s inadequate early warnings and disregard for the risk of dam breaches have led to many victims losing their homes and loved ones! After the floodwaters receded, seeing their homes reduced to ruins, the survivors didn’t know whether to be relieved to be alive or to continue grieving.

Palestinian families live in constant fear as Israeli Zionist forces arrest and abduct Palestinian children from their homes every day, and many of them never return to their families.

Myanmar earthquake's scared reality The pains, suffering and agony of the affected families are immense, beyond what words can express. In their time of grief and profound sadness, the survivors find support from the monks in Myanmar, who offer blessings and encouragement as the survivors sit and kneel down before the bodies of their loved ones on the street. These families have faced a double tragedy: they lost their loved ones in a severe natural disaster and have also lost their homes for which the bodies of their loved ones lay on the street before proper burial service. Dave Smith appears to blame the Americans who’ve had loved ones killed by the Iranian regime and their proxies. If only these families who’ve lost loved ones had listened to him and Ron Paul, they wouldn’t have gone and got their loved ones killed. Sick.

"The Syria that we hope to see is a Syria where it's equal, it's safe, there's freedom of speech." Filmmakers Waad Al-Kateab and Wafa Ali Mustafa tell me about their hopes and demands for post-Assad Syria. Many families still don't know what happened to their loved ones, what Wafa calls "the violence of waiting."

Heartbreaking to watch the wildfires in Algeria, and the disasters unfolding in so many parts of the world. May Allah protect the innocent, their properties, and their loved ones all over. Ameen
