@raghav_chadha Credit to @raghav_chadha for consistently voicing this imbalance and standing up for a class that is too often expected to adjust silently. A sustainable economy cannot be built by endlessly squeezing its most honest taxpayers.

@raghav_chadha Yes, he never misses opportunity to present the case if middle class 👍

@raghav_chadha Every year, middle class pays 11 lakh crore+ in taxes but is invisible in the budget. Why keep punishing those who keep the economy moving? #TaxTerrorism

@raghav_chadha Last year relief was given. But the burden of economy which middle class carriers- they shall be incentivise every year.

@raghav_chadha with respect do not need to change any slab.. that upto 12lakh zero tax is great relif .. top 10 city is not india.. yes gov must bring 10-15% tax payer quata in train ticket , faster airport clerance , 20% quota in education in gov collages etc.. tax relex goes to "satta" only🙏

@raghav_chadha Educated people always have ideas to change politics in the interest of the people of India as well as the government.

@raghav_chadha 👍👍 I see very few parliamentarian raising voice for middle class on consistent basis

@raghav_chadha They have been raising issues related to day-to-day life, such as medical and hospital concerns. Last year, Shri Raghav Chadha also raised the issue of capital gains, and now similar public-interest matters are being highlighted.

@raghav_chadha Most of our MPs are so useless compared to this guy

@raghav_chadha If the same sandwiching continue, then we will have no more middle class. It will be either rich or dirt poor people. There is no incentive to climb up to middle class for most people.

@raghav_chadha Mantr for Middle Class Karm kar, fal ki ichha mat kar!!

@raghav_chadha Rising star for middle class.

@raghav_chadha Absolutely agree. The middle class is the backbone of this economy—paying the highest share of direct taxes, driving consumption, and complying without loopholes. When personal income tax collections surpass corporate tax, it’s a clear signal that relief, not neglect, is due.

@learner_vk @raghav_chadha Hope his suggestion will be taken and implemented by his own party in Punjab

@raghav_chadha In all politician, Raghav Chaddha is the real leader of genz👍

@raghav_chadha If they pamper middle class, how will they get taxes? The money they will use to send their sons and daughters abroad.

@raghav_chadha @raghav_chadha you r the only politician who raising right topics rest everyone busy in corruption and luxary lust. India need leaders like you on top position and not vote bank politicians. Sensible people will take u forward in ur political journey but don't lose ur good work.

@raghav_chadha 👍👍 Need more politicians like him.

@raghav_chadha I have all appreciation for @raghav_chadha .. We need such MPs in Govt.

@raghav_chadha The middle class wont fund the political party whereas Corporates funding huge amounts in return they get benefits in trade .

@raghav_chadha What his govt is doing in punjab ? Nothing so just pak pak will not do anything he also has to do some work.

@raghav_chadha already lower tax base in country thats why some assest bubble create. example with planning we can do first 50 lakh income as zero tax if 4 pan 18+ age other then salary income family..all want to help salary class but whole eco system forget to encourage " busienss" who give it

@raghav_chadha The government is going to give a Pay Commission bonanza to babus. That is why they cannot give tax cuts to the wider middle class. Tax cuts benefit everyone, including babus, but the government is busy pampering babus only with PC.

@raghav_chadha BS

@raghav_chadha He is well educated and concerned . And raising lot of valid points but nothing will reach to deaf ears of this arrogant govt .

@raghav_chadha Genuine question: Why Modi even exists if he doesn't have the balls to do anything useful and stand up to bullies? We are better off with smarter and good people like him.

@raghav_chadha all pappu are posting this this paid promotion

@raghav_chadha Udta Punjab .. Aish karta Chadha

@raghav_chadha No tax on Salary income for all for first 24L income, whatever they earn.

To The Secretary Ministry of Corporate Affairs Government of India Subject: Request to Introduce Company Law Settlement Scheme (CLSS) – 2026 Respected Sir/Madam, I humbly submit this representation requesting the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to consider introducing a Company Law Settlement Scheme (CLSS) in the year 2026, preferably before March 2026, in the interest of improving corporate compliance and reducing hardship to companies. As of Financial Year 2022–23, more than 5 lakh companies had defaulted in filing their annual returns and financial statements. Since then, nearly two years have passed and the MCA V3 portal has been introduced. As of Financial Year 2024–25, it is estimated that the number of such defaulting companies has increased to around 7 lakh. Out of approximately 20 lakh registered companies, nearly 35% of companies have not filed their annual returns as on date. One of the main reasons for such large-scale non-filing is the hefty additional fee of ₹100 per day per form without any maximum cap, coupled with technical glitches, system errors, and inconvenient portal functionality on the MCA V3 platform. In many cases, the additional fees payable have become much higher than the paid-up capital and net worth of the company, making compliance financially unviable. Due to non-filing, such companies are unable to avail various statutory, banking, and business benefits, including loans, government schemes, restructuring, and revival opportunities. As a result, genuine businesspersons are facing severe hardship. It is pertinent to note that prior to Financial Year 2017–18, before the introduction of the additional fee of ₹100 per day, only 1.72 lakh companies had not filed their annual returns. However, after the introduction of this uncapped additional fee structure, the number of non-filing companies has increased drastically to around 7 lakh, clearly indicating that the present system is discouraging voluntary compliance rather than promoting it. Various representations have already been made by ICSI, stakeholders, and professionals requesting the introduction of a Company Law Settlement Scheme. However, no relief measures have been announced so far by the Ministry or the Hon’ble Finance Minister. Considering the above issues, it is humbly requested that the Ministry may kindly introduce a Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2026, with the following key reliefs: Waiver or reduction of penalties and additional fees by at least 25%; Introduction of a reasonable maximum cap on additional fees; and Immunity from prosecution for procedural and technical defaults covered under the scheme. If such a scheme is introduced before March 2026, a large number of companies will be able to regularize their defaults, and from the next financial year onwards, most of them will become fully compliant. This will also reduce litigation, improve the MCA database, and further the Government’s objective of Ease of Doing Business. I therefore request the Ministry to kindly look into this matter sympathetically and take necessary steps to introduce the Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2026, in the larger interest of the business community and corporate governance. Thanking you.

@raghav_chadha Whole GST is just 2x more than individual income tax, while GST paying people are more than 50x to the income tax paying people. You can understand the burden on income tax payees.

@raghav_chadha Even if we take Gold loan we have to pay GST

@raghav_chadha An every year we used to wait for PMs talk .this time I haven't watched him for a second. I'm glad with the kind of discussion happening on Twitter

@raghav_chadha Simplification of the Tax Act is welcome, but the middle class was looking for more than just 'easier filing.' We need parity between corporate incentives and individual tax relief to truly empower the common man. Well said. 👏

@raghav_chadha Kejriwal 2.0 . I love the competition @ArvindKejriwal your post is threatened. @ankitatIIMA

@raghav_chadha This man is just a populist joker nothing else. Belongs to one of the worst political party and is now showcasing for drama. Social media holocaust nothing else

@raghav_chadha We need more such sensible politicians to raise real problems in country

@raghav_chadha It's a big shame for the Central Govt.
