I posted that I built a land acquisition intelligence platform that looks at 1.5M parcels of land across the I-85 corridor for data center and industrial conversion potential. My DMs blew up, had over 130 real estate folks reach out. So I wanted to walk through some of my favorite features in the product, and show you the UI we built. ALL of this was done with Claude code. 1/ A full-screen map explorer rendering 1.5M parcels as vector tiles across 14 North Carolina counties. Click any parcel and get zoning, ownership, tax history, and acreage instantly. 2/ Proximity scoring to every I-85 interchange, power substation, transmission line, and gas pipeline. The parcels closest to infrastructure light up first. 3/ A farmland confidence score (0-100) that cross-references tax programs, land use codes, and acreage heuristics so you're not wasting time on parcels that look like farmland but aren't. 4/ A motivated seller detection engine that flags out-of-state owners, estates and trusts, tax delinquency, long hold periods, and declining assessed values. The sellers most likely to pick up the phone. 5/ Conversion readiness scoring that measures how likely a parcel is to get rezoned for industrial use based on what's already been approved around it. 6/ A composite acquisition score (0-100) with configurable weights. Every fund has different criteria. Drag the sliders and the entire map re-ranks in real time. 7/ Active listing integration pulling 2,100 listings from public sources so you can see what's already on the market alongside off-market opportunities. 8/ A document generation suite that produces institutional-grade investment memos, slide decks, and automated intelligence briefs. Click a parcel, click export, hand it to your investment committee. 9/ Alert monitoring for zoning changes, ownership transfers, and new listings that match your criteria. The platform watches the corridor so your team doesn't have to. Happy to record a longer video when I'm done.

a 22-year-old who never filed taxes just got flagged by the IRS not for the $330K in polymarket bot profit but for 12,000 micro-transactions that looked like structuring 38 days of trading and he triggered the same alerts drug dealers do kid built a bot that trades 5-minute crypto resolution markets on polymarket - eth up or down, sol up or down, new scheduled 5-minute ETH/SOL up/down markets resolving via Chainlink data he didn't even know what structuring was the bot was placing mass volume to capture edge across dozens of active micro-markets and every single trade settled through USDC on-chain every 5 minutes the bot runs the same loop: → pulls live order books across dozens of active micro-markets → estimates fair value using Claude Sonnet 4.6 API inference → detects mispricing above 6% and sizes via kelly criterion → fires the trade, collects payout, rolls into the next market → repeats 288+ times per day without sleeping in 38 days it executed 12,247 transactions at an average size of $27 the problem is that pattern - thousands of small, rapid, sequential transactions flowing through crypto rails - is exactly what the bank secrecy act was written to catch under 31 USC 5324 that's called structuring and it carries civil penalties up to ~$400K or twice the transaction amount per violation, criminal up to 5-10 years and $250K-$500K in fines the bot doesn't know what the IRS is it just knew the expected value math worked: 65% win rate on binary contracts means +$0.10 per dollar risked, compounded across 12,000 trades that's $330K in pure edge his entire infra was a mac mini and a $4.50/month VPS with no accountant, no LLC, no tax software the IRS didn't find him through some sophisticated investigation - his bank's automated AML system flagged the deposit pattern and filed a suspicious activity report before he even knew there was a problem $330K in profit sitting in a wallet and the kid googled "do i need to pay taxes on polymarket" for the first time last tuesday the bot opened 6 new positions while he was on hold with a CPA his trading algorithm is mass accurate and his compliance strategy is mass nonexistent - and somewhere right now there are 50 more kids running the same bot who haven't been flagged yet

$GRAB Map is The New Google Maps(B2B)🧵 Here is your Free.99 analysis on GrabMap, for those that selling courses for $50-$500/m, if you are using my $GRAB and other analyses, I don't ask for much, at least give me some credit/cite. And yes 99.999% of my posts are Free.99. If you want to support my work, slap the like/repost, as I don't choose to write "Grab or any Ticker is going to x10 x100-x1000" kind of threads or "mark my words" to please the X Algo. Consider Subscribe($0.33/day) if you want to support my work further and get more in-depth analyses! TLDR: GrabMap could generate $7B-$15B a year alone for Grab B2B segment. That is why you are seeing Anthony Tan is mad excited abt this massive opportunity. And it also significantly boost GrabAds long term globally. This precisely proved my point that, Anthony is going to expand to 5B people and we are only 14% thesis realized right now. Grab doesn't have to be just Ride-share/Delivery when expanding! Grab , Southeast Asia's leading AI SuperApp for ride-hailing, food delivery, financial services,Tourism, Dine-Out and more, has developed its proprietary mapping platform, GrabMaps, a massive B2B revenue potential over the next long term, not just in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar but expanding beyond SEA markets/Customers. 1. GrabMaps: A Strategic Asset GrabMaps is not merely a technological tool but a critical component of Grab's ecosystem, powering its ride-hailing, food delivery, and financial services. Developed in-house, GrabMaps leverages data collected from Grab's vast network of driver-partners across eight SEA countries. This data-driven approach ensures hyper-local customization, addressing the unique challenges of SEA's urban environments, such as narrow alleys, informal roads, and rapid infrastructure changes. The recent announcement of KartaCam2, an upgraded street-level imaging device, marks a significant technological advancement. KartaCam2 enhances data collection by providing higher quality images and more precise location data, which are crucial for maintaining the accuracy and freshness of maps. This breakthrough is part of Grab's broader 2025 AI push, including integrations with OpenAI 's GPT-4o for vision-based mapping and the establishment of an AI Centre of Excellence. These innovations position GrabMaps as a formidable competitor to Google Maps, especially in regions where localized data is paramount. 2. Revenue implications long term The expansion of GrabMaps into B2B services opens up new revenue streams, which could significantly impact Grab's financial performance over the long term. But GrabMap is a brandnew B2B product, and GoogleMap generates around $13-$20B globally. A. Market Opportunity in Southeast Asia ~The SEA market presents a substantial opportunity for GrabMaps. The foodservice market alone is projected to grow from $223.8 billion in 2025 to $416.3 billion by 2030, indicating a robust demand for services that enhance operational efficiencies. Businesses in logistics, e-commerce, and urban planning could benefit from GrabMaps' precise mapping and navigation capabilities, potentially generating revenue through licensing fees, subscription models, and advertising. ~Grab's existing user base of over 46 million monthly transacting users provides a strong foundation for cross-selling B2B solutions, thereby increasing revenue without significant additional marketing costs. B. Competitive Advantage of a Future $500B MC AI SuperApp over Google Map Google Maps, while dominant, may not be as finely tuned for SEA's unique challenges. GrabMaps' hyper-local data and AI-driven enhancements offer a competitive edge, attracting businesses that require accurate and cost-effective mapping solutions. Revenue from B2B services could include: Licensing Fees: Enterprises can license GrabMaps' APIs and SDKs to integrate mapping functionalities into their operations. Subscription Models: Continuous updates and premium features could be offered on a subscription basis. Advertising Revenue: GrabAds, which leverages mapping data, could generate additional income through targeted advertising. C. Global Expansion is Inevitable ~The partnership with Tino in Mongolia is a strategic move to scale GrabMaps internationally. This marks Grab's first major mapping partnership outside SEA, indicating potential for revenue growth in other regions where Google Maps' dominance is less entrenched or where local data needs are acute. ~The use of IoT devices like KartaCam2 and KartaDashCam for real-time data collection could further enhance GrabMaps' value proposition, potentially increasing revenue through premium service offerings in new markets. D. Synergies w/ other businesses Grab's ecosystem approach allows for synergies between GrabMaps and other services like GrabPay, GrabFood, and GrabTransport. For example, businesses using GrabMaps for logistics could also adopt GrabPay for transactions, creating a revenue multiplier effect. 3. Google Map Revenue in Asia ~Total Revenue in Asia-Pacific (2018): Google APAC, based in Singapore, reported $20.24 billion out of the total $21.37 billion revenue in the Asia-Pacific region. This indicates that a significant portion of Google's revenue in Asia is attributed to Singapore, likely due to its role as a hub for Google’s operations. ~Advertising Revenue: In 2018, Google APAC generated $15.8 billion from advertising alone, compared to $4.4 billion from other activities like Google Play. Advertising on Google properties, including Google Maps, is a major revenue driver. ~Market Share in Search Marketing: Google Maps holds a 62.34% market share in the search marketing category, competing with tools like Wix (26.54%) and Google Ads (4.14%). This dominance suggests that a considerable portion of Google’s advertising revenue in Asia is linked to mapping services. For the full fiscal year 2024, Alphabet (Google's parent company) generated $56.82 billion in revenue from the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This represented approximately 16.24% of the company's total revenue for the year. If we take a conservative estimate at 25% of $56.82B of Google's total advertising revenue in Asia is related to mapping services= $14.2B. => If GrabMaps secures even 50% of this market share in SEA, it could generate around $7B annually from this segment alone. GrabMap is 4x lower error rate, 10x lower latency, 75% fewer mapping mistakes, and much cheaper than GoogleMap. With OpenAI GPT-4o fine-tuning, GrabMaps hit 80% accuracy for speed limits and lanes13-20% above prior levels excelling in occlusions ( rainy monsoons) where Google relies more on satellite data. Now do you understand why Google and HSBC are clapping $GRAB on search and downgrade? Yes, because GrabMap is a massive threat and Grab Anthony Tan refused to buy $goto since 2020. Conclusion: Grab's expansion of GrabMaps into B2B services represents a strategic move to challenge Google Maps' dominance in Asia, particularly in SEA and future expansion. The revenue implications are substantial, with potential gains from licensing fees, subscription models, advertising, and international expansions. While Google Maps generates billions in revenue, primarily through advertising, GrabMaps' localized and AI-enhanced approach could carve out a significant niche, especially in regions where precise, real-time mapping data is critical. The success of this strategy will depend on Grab's ability to scale internationally, maintain technological superiority, and effectively monetize its B2B offerings. However, the opportunity is clear, and Grab's ecosystem approach positions it well to capitalize on the growing demand for advanced mapping solutions in a rapidly digitalizing world. This move not only enhances Grab's revenue potential but also solidifies its role as a key player in the global tech landscape. Not Financial Advice! Source: Grab Dot Com.

$MONG OVERVIEW Intro: $MONG was the first meme community created by anti-crypto US Congressman Brad Sherman in one of the funniest speeches of all time. $MONG represents a meme-centric, pro-crypto movement in direct irony with Brad’s views. History: The MONG community formed in late 2021 after Brad’s hilarious congressional speech. The community grew exponentially and drew tons of attention across the web3 industry. Around this time, an established NFT company called META COLLECT decided to get involved and released MONGS NFT. The NFTs were an instant success, minting out in 16 minutes. Unfortunately, the original token the community rallied around was rugged by an anonymous dev who has since done the same to hundreds of other tokens. Instead of completely disbanding, the community rallied around Meta Collect and the NFTs. Meta Collect continued to work through the crypto bear market in 2022 & 2023 to bring value to holders, with plans to re-launch $MONG, this time supported by a doxed and reputable team. In mid-2023 they launched $MONG, which was an immediate success running up to a $240 million mc, second to only $PEPE in a mini-bull market. Bear market conditions followed market-wide, but the team and community kept working despite the usual fud due to prices decreasing. Over the past few months, significant development has occurred and $MONG is primed for a massive run in the next major bull market. Mongs NFTs(MONGS NFT): The NFTs were released nearly two years ago and have done over 2,300 ETH in volume on OpenSea. The release was a resounding success as they were minted out in 16 minutes in an extremely fair launch. Everyone who wanted to participate could – no gas wars, no doing backflips for a whitelist spot, and a low mint price. The NFTs pair perfectly with the MONG meme, including; crypto coins, hamsters, cobras, mongress backgrounds, and much more. They are genuinely on-theme and are a collector's dream with numerous, recognizable rare traits. The NFTs are a vital part of the MONG ecosystem and will be incorporated into Kudoe (KDOE) web3 game. There have also been multiple coin claims for NFT holders with plenty more coming. Credit to Jon Trafford for the excellent artwork on these! Mong Ordinals: The team was ahead of the curve on Bitcoin Ordinals and inscribed a collection of 420 Royal Mongs under 100k inscriptions! Check them out here: MONG X Spaces: Run by the best spacehost in web3 Rep. Ryan. Every week multiple official and non-official spaces drive excellent community engagement, especially considering we’re still in somewhat of a bear market. There’s a weekly AMA space where all updates are discussed and anyone can ask questions with @toolegitcypto, one of the founders. There are also numerous collab spaces with other exciting projects. But my trip there to get a tour from AI pioneer Navneet Dalal Navneet Dalal provided some real insights into how hard it is for a hardware company to make hardware in the United States. And how deeply AI is changing consumer electronics products that are going to be in many more homes soon. In this first part (Part II coming tomorrow) we get a look at how long it took for this company to go through prototypes to a shipping product. In the second part, you'll see the scaling hell that it takes to even ship a few thousand robots and the kinds of problems that scaling up a factory brings. Matic is one of my favorite small Silicon Valley companies. It has found what we call "product market fit." I just came back from CES where I saw many of its competitors, and the Matic wins because of not just the product thinking of Mehul and Navneet Dalal but because of their AI leadership. In a way their robot took many lessons from Tesla, from where to put the batteries to its bet on computer vision, which Navneet has been a pioneer in for years, working quietly behind the scenes. It is about to move into a new location that will allow it to grow to meet the demand that now is showing up (the boxes in its lobby show that it's outgrowing its current facilities). In terms of AI, it has aspirations of making a humanoid too, but it is taking a far more measured approach to getting there. By starting on the floor it can not just build world models based on real world data (customers are given a choice whether to allow its data to be used that way. Most customers choose to keep their data on the robot only, for privacy reasons, but if you opt in you can help them improve their models). They are using that data to understand homes. Navneet told me they hit very unusual situations in people's homes already that they couldn't really predict in simulators, like full-wall mirrors that confuse computer vision systems, or pools and water features in people's homes. Having real customers brings a ton of customer feedback about how to further improve the robot, and, as Navneet demonstrates in the second video, forces them to build a manufacturing muscle memory. Getting teams to work together, figuring out how to solve supply chain problems, from Trump's tarriffs, to a new one that showed up over the past couple of weeks. A supplier for its bags (one of the cheaper parts that goes into the robot) changed the glue it used, which caused robots to fail quality tests and the manufacturing line to stop. Reminds me a lot of the hell Elon Musk faced in its Fremont factory when Tesla was first starting to manufacture its Model 3, which almost bankrupted the company. Off the record Mehul and Navneet 🇮🇳 showed me some of the prototypes and plans for its next products that will show up over the next few years. Certainly not as sexy as Tesla, Figure, 1x_tech, and all the Chinese manufacturers are showing off already, but far better thought out for the typical Western home and AI plays a huge role in its future. It is the product that speaks for itself. It's amazing, and is about to get better this year due to AI. It's the first real vision-only robot to be in my home and I bet it won't be the last from this company. Real honor that they invited me over with my Insta360 camera (another company launched in my home, just like Matic was last year). In Part II we go into the factory.

India is quietly preparing for the coming precious metals order in which LBMA/COMEX is less relevant for pricing. SEBI’s February 26, 2026 circular (HO/(68)2026-IMD-POD-2/I/5780/2026) may appear as a routine technical update ,but I see it as a strategic signal of how India is positioning itself in a changing global commodities landscape. Effective April 1, 2026, every mutual fund and ETF holding physical gold or silver must stop using the London LBMA AM fixing price + manual adjustments for duty, currency conversion, transport, taxes, and notional premiums/discounts. Instead, they must value physical holdings using the polled domestic spot prices published by recognized Indian stock exchanges primarily the MCX polled spot price (the exact same benchmark used for final settlement of physically delivered gold and silver derivatives contracts). Official reason: “to reflect domestic market conditions and ensure uniformity in valuation practices.” My deeper macro interpretation: India is quietly preparing for the coming precious metals order in which LBMA/COMEX is less relevant for pricing. We have already witnessed live previews of this decoupling. In October 2025 and again in January–February 2026, India’s MCX polled prices ran at massive premiums over LBMA far beyond the normal 15% import duty effect. The core driver was acute physical non-availability: depleting stocks at refiners, jewelers, and dealers amid explosive demand. London arbitrage simply could not deliver metal fast enough. The price of “metal you can actually take delivery of today in India” completely decoupled from international benchmarks. The Silver Market Has Become Exceptionally Tight — Here’s Exactly How Severe It Has Gotten (2025–2026) The silver market is now heading into its sixth consecutive year of structural supply deficit in 2026. According to the Silver Institute’s preliminary outlook (released February 2026, based on Metals Focus data): - Projected 2026 deficit: 67 million ounces. - 2025 deficit: even larger at ~95 million ounces (some estimates from J.P. Morgan and others put it between 117–230 million ounces depending on inventory draw calculations). - Cumulative 5-year deficit (2021–2025): over 800 million ounces roughly an entire year of global mine production. This is not a temporary imbalance. It is deeply structural, and the tightness is intensifying. Key drivers making the silver market so tight: 1. Exploding structural industrial demand (now ~55–60% of total silver use) Silver is irreplaceable due to its unmatched conductivity, thermal properties, and corrosion resistance. Demand is surging from: - Solar PV: Despite some thrifting (using less silver per panel), global installations keep rising aggressively. - Electric Vehicles (EVs) & charging infrastructure: An EV uses 67–79% more silver than a traditional ICE vehicle (25–50 grams per EV on average). EVs are forecast to overtake ICE vehicles as the main source of automotive silver demand by 2027. - AI, data centers & electronics: Massive growth in connectors, circuits, thermal management, and power systems. AI infrastructure alone is adding huge incremental demand. 2. Extremely slow supply response Total global supply in 2026 is forecast to rise only +1.5% to a decade-high of 1.05 billion ounces. Mine production grows just +1% to 820 million ounces. Why? Silver is overwhelmingly a **by-product** of copper, lead, and zinc mining — new supply does not ramp quickly even at higher prices. 3. China’s strategic export controls (the geopolitical kicker) China controls 60–70% of global refined silver supply. From January 1, 2026, it imposed a formal export licensing regime. Only 44 companies are approved to export silver for the 2026–2027 period (a massive reduction from previous market participants). Silver has effectively been reclassified as a strategic material (alongside tungsten and antimony) to protect domestic needs for green energy, EVs, electronics, and defense. Exports are expected to drop sharply, creating 2,000+ tonnes of annual shortage for Western buyers and adding permanent friction to global physical flows. Result: Above-ground inventories worldwide are under sustained pressure. COMEX, LBMA, and Shanghai stocks have repeatedly hit multi-year lows. Lease rates have climbed. Physical premiums have become volatile and extreme. India one of the world’s largest silver consumers, felt this pain acutely. Silver imports exploded in 2025 (up dramatically year-on-year, with some months showing 300–500% spikes), yet local stocks still depleted rapidly during festivals and hoarding periods, pushing MCX premiums to multi-year highs. Why This SEBI Move Is Strategic Preparation By mandating the MCX polled domestic price from April 1, 2026, SEBI is ensuring that Gold & Silver ETF NAVs (Nippon India Gold BeES, HDFC Gold ETF, SBI Gold ETF, ICICI Pru Silver ETF, etc.) automatically capture: - Real-time physical stock tightness in India - Immediate availability (or scarcity) of metal - Any future import/export frictions or strategic restrictions - True local replacement cost — even when global paper benchmarks diverge In a world where physical flows are becoming politicized and constrained, relying on LBMA/COMEX (driven heavily by paper trading and Western liquidity) risks significant mispricing for Indian investors. This is no longer just “better uniformity.” This is India quietly future-proofing its financial products for a more fragmented, physical-first precious metals regime — one where **domestic availability and policy risks** will increasingly dictate the price that actually matters. For investors: cleaner, more accurate NAVs + stronger protection against exactly the physical and geopolitical risks we are already seeing in silver. The official language is neutral. But the shift from London to MCX polled pricing is one of the most under-appreciated macro moves happening in commodities right now. LBMA and COMEX will still influence the global trend, but in the coming order, they may matter less and less for actual pricing in India.

Summary of Kurogames Recruit Interview Translated by Xu I. Introduction to Types of Planning 1. Combat Planner: Responsible for character skills and combat system design. 2. Narrative Planner: Responsible for writing the storyline, worldbuilding, character backstories, etc. 3. System Planner: Responsible for UI, event portals. 4. Quest Planner: Responsible for the logical design and flow of main and side quests. 5. Level Planner: Mainly responsible for building the narrative platform (product design), creating engaging interactions, etc. II. Core Responsibilities of Level Planning Building the Narrative Platform (Product Structure Design) 1. Use whiteboards and self-made processes to communicate to teammates what kind of scene content the level planner wants, e.g., reverse design of the mission scene for Jiyan Companion Quests dungeon. 2. Make good use of existing in-game mechanics and engine tools (such as UE Blueprints) to implement gameplay prototypes. Only through multiple iterations and feedback can a satisfying outcome be achieved — e.g., using flower seeds to connect paths in Camellya Companion Quests dungeon. 3. Use scripting tools to support smooth and exciting level flow — e.g., 1.3 Black Shores skiing segment. III. Open World Level Design - Example Regions: mt firmament, Black Shores, Nimbus Sanctum, Avinoleum Pioneers of Scene Pipeline Level planners mainly handle the following in massive open-world design tasks: 1. Provide basic map size, terrain structure, main roads, and points of interest (including main quest locations) 2. Propose and lead the design of core gameplay features, such as time reversal, Tethys portals, gliding, gravity inversion, etc. 3. Use top-down maps, whiteboxes, and even self-made models to push scene artists (2D, 3D, lighting) into action For example, the “first look” view — open-world level planners must emphasize its design and guide artists to focus accordingly. IV. Growth Path of a Level Planner Creative Master - Beginner Level Designer: Familiar with the game and development environment, capable of handling simple design work and basic configurations. Example: Completing an interactive mechanism “Chronosorter” in Mt. Firmament from version 1.1 / Placing wild monsters in Mt. Firmament. Senior Level Designer: Capable of completing full level content under the team lead’s guidance. Example: Designing the scene flow of version 2.0 Exploration quest “Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms” under guidance. - Veteran Level Designer: Able to independently handle full level flow, area or area-themed gameplay design, and proactively push downstream execution efficiently. Example: Independently designing the themed gameplay “Tethys Portal” in version 1.3, and following through with visual performance so other level teammates can configure it smoothly. ➥Extension — Version Level Owner: Leads the level team to accomplish set design goals, guides new team members, coordinates with other departments, and ensures high-quality implementation. Example: Planning the map design of version 2.2 Avinoleum, coordinating cooperation between level planners and other departments. - Creative Master: Able to lead the team in creating level content that exceeds market expectations. Key Point: Able to repeatedly do the above! Examples: — Chief planner and owner of mt firmament and Time Reversal gameplay in version 1.1 — Chief planner and owner of Black Shores map and Tethys Portal in version 1.3 — Chief planner and owner of Flight gameplay in Rinascita in version 2.0 V. Q&A Q: At the end of version 1.0, exploration felt tedious and repetitive. Although version 2.0 introduced some fresh ideas, it’s hard to see how future updates can keep innovating without falling back into the same monotony. A: Everyone already recognized that issue in 1.0, which is why we iterated heavily in 2.0. The goal is simple — to get every planner thinking. We look at everyone's interesting ideas or even creative mechanics from other games that we can integrate. These will definitely feel refreshing, so please stay tuned — it will happen for sure. Q: Older maps felt darker in tone, BGM was monotonous, and overall gameplay was dull. While Rinascita was a major improvement, it felt fragmented, as if each person built something pretty in isolation. It’s hard to describe the region with a unified theme. A: That’s true — it was indeed pieced together by many people. The disjointed feeling came from insufficient communication. We’re aware of the issue and will solve it in version 3.0 or even later versions in the 2.x series. Once there’s a clear theme, the sense of disjointedness won’t be as strong. Q: How do planners decide what kind of map to make? What’s the workflow? A: Narrative, level, quest, and programming planners all sit down together to discuss what we want to make. Everyone shares ideas one by one, and we consolidate them based on data. Q: I’m a veteran of Wuthering Waves and Punishing Gray Raven. I think the four-person team setup, stationary dialogues, map, art, tech, and story are all great. Before Wuthering Waves came out, I used to play a competitor title — Genshin... (includes critical feedback) A: During development, we didn’t aim to compete directly. Comparisons don’t help us create anything better. We’re focused on what we can do and what we’re good at. Q: For the anniversary event, it seems like there was a disconnect between the company’s and players’ expectations. A: Yes, version 2.3 didn’t do well. We’ve already apologized — it was an issue. For the next anniversary, we’ll take it more seriously. Operations is aware of the problem. We’re learning and growing with each mistake. Everyone encounters problems, but we accept them and improve. That’s the best feedback we can give our players. #punishinggrayraven #WutheringWaves

Made $313 → $2,382,780 in 4 Days Using a Claude AI Bot on Polymarket. 26,738 trades. 98% win rate. Full blockchain proof. Every single trade verifiable on-chain. I've made the exact step-by-step guide to build this Claude Polymarket bot from scratch. You've been trading for 3 years. Still red. He gave Claude $313. Woke up rich. Free for 24 hours. To get this Setup guide: 1. Comment "Money" 2. Like and Retweet 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar (so i can DM you) Full 2-hour video tutorial attached. Every single click and command explained. Beginner to running bot. Now let me break down exactly how this works. Save this post. This is the most important trading breakdown you'll ever read. ↓ Let's start with the number that should make you sick. $313. That's what this wallet started with. Not $50,000. Not $10,000. Not even $1,000. $313. Less than your monthly Netflix + Uber Eats + Spotify combined. 4 months later: $2,382,780.80. That's a 7,942x return. While you spent those same 4 months staring at charts, drawing trendlines, panic selling, revenge trading, and ending the month exactly where you started. Minus the $200 you lost on that "sure thing." Same 4 months. Same market. Same opportunities. He had a bot. You had feelings. Guess who won. Save this post right now. What I'm about to explain is the exact mechanism behind every dollar of that $2.38M. Follow Himanshu Kumar so you don't miss the rest. ↓ How Polymarket actually works and why bots print money on it. Polymarket is a prediction market. Will BTC be higher in 15 minutes? Yes or No. Will the Fed raise rates? Yes or No. You buy shares between $0 and $1. If you're right, your share settles at $1. If you're wrong, it settles at $0. Simple. Now here's where it gets interesting. Polymarket updates its prices SLOWER than the real market moves. When BTC drops 0.6% on Binance, Polymarket still shows old odds for about 2.7 seconds. 2.7 seconds. In those 2.7 seconds, the bot already knows the outcome. It's not predicting. It's not guessing. It's reading information that already exists and trading before Polymarket catches up. That's not trading. That's collecting free money with a 2.7 second head start. And you're over there using a 15-indicator TradingView setup trying to "predict" where BTC goes next. The bot doesn't predict anything. It just reads faster than you. That's the entire edge. Save this post because if you understand this one concept you understand how millionaires are being made on Polymarket right now. Follow Himanshu Kumar for more breakdowns like this. ↓ Let me walk you through one single trade. A new 15-minute BTC contract opens on Polymarket. Odds are 50/50. Fair price. 10 minutes in, BTC drops 0.6% on Binance. Hard, fast move. The real probability of BTC being lower at expiry is now about 78%. Polymarket still shows 54/46. The bot sees this instantly. Binance WebSocket feed. Under 50ms latency. The edge is 24 percentage points. On a binary contract, that's basically free money. Bot calculates position size using Kelly Criterion. Executes via Polymarket's API. Done. Within 2-3 seconds, other participants update the odds. 54/46 moves toward 78/22. Bot either exits for immediate profit or holds to resolution. Either way, the trade was entered with near-certainty of a positive outcome. Now repeat this 200-500 times per day. $313 → $2,382,780 in 4 months. Not magic. Not prediction. Not luck. Industrial-scale exploitation of a market inefficiency that still exists today. And you're still placing one manual trade per day and calling yourself a "trader." This is the mechanism behind every single dollar. Bookmark this post so you can study it again. Follow Himanshu Kumar because I'm breaking down each strategy separately. ↓ There are 4 strategies. Not all Claude bots do the same thing. Strategy 1: Latency Arbitrage. Win rate: 85-98%. What 0x8dxd used. Monitor Binance price feeds. When Polymarket odds lag behind reality by 3-5%, buy the correct side before the market corrects. No forecasting. No model. No sentiment analysis. Pure speed. You're not guessing. You're reading an outcome that has already happened. Strategy 2: Oracle Arbitrage. Win rate: 78-85%. Chainlink oracle price feeds occasionally diverge from Polymarket's implied prices. When they do, the settlement direction is known. Fewer opportunities. Higher certainty when they appear. Strategy 3: News-Driven Trading. Win rate: 60-75%. Claude ingests real-time news. Government filings. Central bank statements. On-chain data. Assesses probability impact before retail traders even finish reading the headline. Lower win rate because interpretation introduces uncertainty. But works on ANY market category, not just crypto. Strategy 4: Market Making. Return: 2-5% per month. Place buy and sell orders on both sides. Capture the spread. No prediction required. Most consistent. Hardest to blow up. Compounds aggressively over time. You didn't even know there were 4 strategies. You thought "trading bot" meant one thing. That's how far behind you are. 4 strategies. 4 different risk profiles. 4 ways to make money while you sleep. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the deep dive into each one. ↓ The timeline that should haunt you. December 2025: Bot launches with $313. Nobody notices. January 6, 2026: Wallet hits ~$438,000. 140x in 30 days. 6,615 predictions. 98% win rate. Finbold reports it. Crypto Twitter explodes. March 10, 2026: Head-to-head test. Claude bot: $1,000 → $14,216 in 48 hours. +1,322%. OpenClaw bot: fully liquidated. Same market. Same timeframe. Claude won because of better risk management. OpenClaw died because it overleveraged. March 16, 2026: Someone trains a swarm model on 3 years of NBA data. Result: +$1.49M on Polymarket. April 2026: 0x8dxd final verified balance: $2,382,780.80. 26,738 trades. 4 months. This all happened while you were "waiting for the right time to start." The right time was December 2025. The second best time is right now. But you'll probably wait until it's too late. That's what you always do. Every date on this timeline is a day you could have started but didn't. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar so you at least start today. ↓ Why Claude and not ChatGPT? This isn't opinion. It's data. March 2026 head-to-head: Claude bot: +1,322%. OpenClaw (GPT-based): liquidated. Same prompt. Same market. Same conditions. Researchers found Claude's code included: > More defensive edge cases > More conservative default parameters > Better error handling > More legible code for debugging > Proper Kelly Criterion position sizing > Hard drawdown kill switches ChatGPT's code overleveraged into a losing sequence and couldn't recover. Claude's code sized positions conservatively, stopped trading when drawdown thresholds hit, and survived to compound another day. The difference between +1,322% and liquidation wasn't the strategy. It was the risk management. And Claude writes better risk management than ChatGPT. That's not a debate. That's a $15,216 difference in 48 hours. But sure, keep using ChatGPT because "everyone uses it." Everyone's broke too. Coincidence? Stop using the popular tool. Start using the profitable one. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for more Claude vs ChatGPT comparisons with real data. ↓ Why humans lose to bots. Every single time. Same strategy. Same market. Same period. Bots: ~$206,000 profit. Humans: ~$100,000 profit. 2x gap. Same strategy. Here's why: 1. Late entries. By the time you identify the lag, verify your reasoning, and click buy, the 2.7 second window is gone. The bot executes in under 100ms. You execute in 30 seconds. The opportunity doesn't exist for 30 seconds. 2. Emotional sizing. You oversize when "confident." Undersize when scared. Exact opposite of Kelly math. The bot sizes based on edge. Every time. No feelings. 3. Fatigue. You make worse decisions at hour 6 than at hour 1. The bot makes the same decision at hour 72 that it made at hour 1. 4. Drawdown psychology. After 3 losses you either panic quit or double down trying to recover. Both destroy capital. The bot has a kill switch. It stops. It doesn't feel anything. You're not competing with other humans anymore. You're competing with machines that don't sleep, don't feel, don't flinch. And you're losing. The data doesn't lie. Humans lose to bots 2x on the same strategy. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the complete bot setup that removes you from the equation. ↓ What can go wrong. Because I'm not going to lie to you. Most people who build this bot will NOT 7,942x their money. Some will lose their initial capital. Here's what can kill you: Edge compression. The arbitrage window was 12 seconds in 2024. It's 2.7 seconds now. It's shrinking. At some point it hits zero for retail operators. This is a time-limited opportunity. Not a permanent income stream. Rule changes. Polymarket can change contract mechanics, settlement rules, or API terms overnight. What worked yesterday can lose money tomorrow. Risk management bugs. A 98% win rate strategy with broken position sizing will blow up your account on the one losing trade. The March 2026 experiment proved this. Claude survived. OpenClaw got liquidated. Same strategy. Different risk management. That's why the 2-hour video tutorial walks through every single risk parameter. Because the strategy doesn't kill you. Bad risk management kills you. This is the section most "gurus" delete. I'm keeping it because I'd rather you make money safely than blow up and blame me. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for honest breakdowns, not hype. ↓ The step-by-step to build your own. Step 1: Set up a Polymarket wallet. Fund with USDC via Polygon network. Start with $100-$300 for testing. Step 2: Generate API credentials. CLOB API key from docs.polymarket .com. Store private key in environment variable. Never hardcode it. Never share it. Step 3: Prompt Claude to build the bot. Use Claude Code for best results. It reads your filesystem, executes code, and iterates on errors autonomously. Step 4: Paper trade for at least one week. Minimum 200 completed trades. Win rate must be above 70% before going live. This step is NOT optional. Step 5: Configure risk management. Max single position: 8% of portfolio. Daily loss limit: -20% with auto halt. Kill switch at -40% drawdown. Telegram alerts on every threshold. Step 6: Go live small. $1-5 per trade. Watch every trade for first week. Compare to paper results. Scale only on evidence. Skip steps 4 and 5 and you will lose your money. That's not a warning. That's a guarantee. This is your complete build guide. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar because I'll be posting the exact Claude prompts for each strategy. ↓ The edge exists right now. Not next month. Not "when you're ready." Right now. The arbitrage window is 2.7 seconds. It was 12 seconds in 2024. It's shrinking every week. Every day you wait, more bots enter the space. The window gets smaller. Your potential returns get smaller. The bots already running have a compounding advantage. They're making money today that they'll use to make more money tomorrow. You're reading about it and telling yourself "I'll look into this next weekend." That's what you said last weekend. And the weekend before that. The best time to start was 6 months ago. The second best time is today. But you already know you're going to bookmark this and never open it again. Prove me wrong. ↓ Full 2-hour video tutorial attached. Every single click. Every command. Every parameter. From zero to running bot. Beginner friendly. Nothing skipped. A similar bot has already earned $2,382,780. Full blockchain proof in the article below. The video is free. The tools are free. The edge still exists. The only thing that costs money is another month of doing nothing while bots eat every opportunity you're too slow to catch. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the complete series covering every automated income stream using Claude. Prediction markets are just the beginning. Save this post. Bookmark it. Screenshot it. Whatever you need to do so you actually watch the video and build the bot instead of just reading about people who did. You Must Follow me Himanshu Kumar, so i can send you DM.

Here's more analysis on the Apple and Google deal to make a new kind of Siri, after I had a cup of coffee. This is what OpenAI is doing: they're making a variety of new products and going after Apple. Apple didn't want to give OpenAI any more data to help a potential new competitor. The real problem for this OpenAI effort is that we're about to move to glasses. People don't believe me that we're about to move to glasses, but you should, because I just got back from CES and there was a ton of glasses there. For OpenAI to really get somewhere, they need to add a camera to an earphone. While I don't see that in this latest report, I won't be shocked to see a camera show up somewhere eventually. It is cameras that add understanding of the real world, which can lead to many new features that Apple's current AirPods Pro can't match. I believe Apple is developing such a product to go with their glasses, which makes a lot of sense. Also, Google's AI models are better at multimodality; this means they can use cameras in a much better way than even OpenAI's models can. This is why in Silicon Valley robotics companies, a lot of them use Google Gemini: because robots need multimodality. Apple's glasses, which are expected in 2027, have some significant advantages over the others. First, they have eye sensors in them, so it knows where the user is looking. It also can tell what the user is touching, holding, or gesturing towards. This new capability will give Siri a significant parlor trick: it will let Siri answer questions that no other search engine has been able to answer before. But the real reason I'm still bullish on Apple's glasses isn't technology—it's content. Apple has NBA rights and Formula One (among others) and a really great studio system, which has produced one of the biggest hits of the last six months. Pluribus. Apple also, because of its privacy stance, has a significant lead in consumer trust. Because of its retail stores, it also has a significant lead in the ability to: 1. Show people glasses 2. Get them fit properly 3. Get people trained On Saturday, I went to the main Apple store in Cupertino and watched one of the classes that they teach every few hours in an Apple store. The store was packed with people watching the class on a huge screen in the middle of the store. Apple has dramatically changed retail because of its stores, which gives it the most trusted brand in the business and gives it distribution to most of the world's richest people. While OpenAI has almost a billion users, it is unclear whether those users will switch ecosystems from Apple to OpenAI. Even if OpenAI's AI and devices can do a few more things, I'm not so sure anybody's going to care when Apple has very capable headphones that match up with their iPhones and has the world's richest people addicted to the Apple ecosystem (me included). Here is one of the secret Chinese suites at CES, which makes a series of glasses to sell to other brands. This gives you a sense of how fast the glasses world is moving. AI needs to not just tell you what it's seeing, but it needs to show you things to really make the solution complete. Also, Apple usually picks a much better design than anyone else. Because it's such a luxury brand, it can charge more than anybody else and be more profitable. I don't see anyone else being able to put together the whole solution the way Apple can. Therefore, I am still very bullish on Apple making a dramatic announcement about glasses sometime in the next 24 months. At CES, though, it's clear that many manufacturers will try. XREAL 👓 just got $100 million of funding to continue its glasses development, and officials of the company told me it will release its Android XR based glasses later this year. Short version: AI is coming to wearables in a big way, and Apple will do what it always does: come in late to the market and redefine it when it enters. It still has all the pieces to put together the puzzle, even though it doesn't have its own LLM so had to do a deal with Google for that. Yeah, others will be earlier to the market, and will win some buyers because of that, but buyers like me know that and will be happy to put down our other ones to buy Apple because of its advantages. With one big caveat: Apple has to deliver an amazing pair of glasses, and maybe a headphone with a camera, to keep the competition from taking its lunch. Also, behind the scenes there is a big patent battle brewing. Apple has quite a few, but I talked with Ann Greenberg at CES, who started Gracenote. She says she has several patents that will enable a large company to force others to license their technology and that she's already in final stages of selling those patents to a big company. All the big companies have patent portfolios they can use against each other, and particularly smaller, newer, competitors. Microsoft alone has dozens of patents it bought to start off its Hololens efforts, which it gave up on, but Microsoft still has almost 1,000 lawyers who would love to go after other companies for licensing deals. Plus, Google-funded Magic Leap has about 1,000 patents, so it'll be interesting to see if anyone buys the remnants of that company. The question is: can anyone disrupt Apple? Especially OpenAI?

The $AEGIS DApp portal is now open to all: 🛡️ At Aegis, we believe in empowering the blockchain full of security, transparency and innovation. The Aegis Dapp has been under development for several months prior to the launch of $AEGIS and with that we have been able to build what we believe has the potential to change how users go about their day to day security. We are thrilled to share our progress and truly exciting news with you all. 🎯 First things first, at Aegis, we want to make it clear that the value of what we seek to bring to security across the blockchain, comes from our big vision, our strong team, and our commitment to long-term goals. ℹ️ Let’s kick this off with some information that is constantly happening, which is behind the scenes. Our full team is dedicated to the opportunity that lays ahead of us with becoming the leading voice/name for security, grasping every aspect with innovation, hard work, passion and commitment to see this sector grow. Everyone is aware of how important security is, a heartwarming mention to Messari for including us on how they see this sector growing rapidly and pushing a 10 Billion evaluation. We take that recognition with full responsibility and gratitude as we've been working hard on some really powerful stuff that could change the game for our industry. If you read the title and report itself, I’m sure that’ll give you some insight to what’s coming, and to the vast extent of what you can expect Aegis to be working towards. —> 🤝 This comes from teaming up with others within this sector and coming up with new tech to projects driven by our community, within the pipeline you can be confident that what we are building will push the cryptocurrency industry as a whole into a better future, the magnitude to what Aegis brings will not stop until we can confidently say, “Negative security reports across the blockchain are at an all time low, thousands of users are satisfied that Aegis is protecting them and their assets.” We're sticking to our vision no matter what the market does or whatever else comes our way. We plan to build what we set out to and we will see to it that our ecosystem is met. We've been working on some pretty amazing products that will be available within our Dapp, let’s go over what we offer: * AI Audits * Live Monitoring * Penetration Testing * Bug Bounties * Live Watchdog * Token analytics for everyday users, developers, teams, auditors, institutions, investors. ⬇️ Let’s break it down for you in some simple steps: AI AUDITS: We have trained our LLM models as AI AGENTS, these consist of 3 people ( AI AGENTS ) for the audits that are performed. - Audit - Reviewer - Judge Each one analyzes with a different personality, let’s check what personalities our AI AGENTS consist of: 3 different perspective auditors. 1 - Fine-tuned model x amount reads the code and generates the audit. ✅ 2 - Model x amount reviews the code and fact checks thoroughly. ✅ 3 - Model x amount ranks the code based on the severity outcome. ✅ ⌚️ Live Monitoring/Watchdog: The Live Monitoring/Watchdog system is designed to provide real-time surveillance of smart contracts, ensuring the detection and prevention of any potentially harmful transactions or malicious activities. Through the utilization of an AI Agent model, the system is trained to proactively identify and thwart suspicious behavior, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the smart contracts. Also, a paid sophisticated threat detection model is available for more intricate protocols and Dapps, offering an advanced level of protection against potential threats. This proactive approach is crucial in mitigating the risk of exploitation and ensuring the security of the smart contract ecosystem. 🖊️ Pen Testing: Our platform offers Pen Testing services to developers, providing a controlled environment for whitehat hackers to simulate attacks and identify vulnerabilities in smart contracts and protocols. In addition to human whitehat hackers, our AI Agents function as Red and Blue teams, actively engaging in simulated attacks to stress-test protocols and identify potential weaknesses. This comprehensive approach allows developers to proactively identify and address security issues, ultimately enhancing the robustness and resilience of their projects. 🕷️ Bug Bounties: Our Bug Bounty listing platform provides developers with the opportunity to list their protocols and offer bounties to white hat hackers for identifying vulnerabilities. By aggregating millions of bounties from various platforms and utilizing AI tools, we streamline the testing process, reducing up to 80% of the workload typically associated with security testing. This allows developers to efficiently identify and address potential vulnerabilities in their protocols, ultimately enhancing the overall security and resilience of their projects. 🪙 And lot more token analytics features for regular users, this will give you the opportunity to explore our Dapp for yourself and have some fun diving into the security platform of the future! I’m sure you’re excited to try it all out yourself, which is why we have some exciting news to bring to the #Guardians of the blockchain! But just before you continue the read and see the beans have been spilled, we have to take this opportunity to share with you that this large step to becoming a security leader is but only 20% of what we have revealed. This will be at the core of what Aegis stands for and hopes to achieve. The focus here is upon our Dapp, and in time we will slowly bring forward information/updates regarding segments of what makes Aegis a force to be reckoned with. Now that you’re fired up and excited to all of the announcements to come, let’s get to the news you’ve been waiting for! 🎉 We’re spilling the good news, and are happy to say we are now set for public release! The team at Aegis are overwhelmed with the development, support from teams, community, partners and more on what we believe to be an institutional-grade product. But the fun doesn’t stop there, this marks the start of what we aim to become, as it will take time and cycles to become better and better. Constant advancements will be set in place to attain the goal of achieving blockchain security. A statement from our CEO- Brian Hunt: “I can confirm from the security conferences I attended with Centralized security firms Peckshield, Hacken, Certik, BlockSec presentations, they are trying to achieve something similar and it will take them years. Decentralized AI for Security!” This initial drop of our dapp will be to get users signed up to gain access, in which we’ll whitelist users to get the ball rolling. 📣 To end this segment, let’s get the party started with the long awaited Aegis Ai Security Dapp and sign up now!
