This is not hard for many Ju Jitsu guy (few years in). I think many people would hit this with one day of drilling it. Now doing it in an mma fight that clean was ridiculous.
Guys, there's a reason this went so viral back in the day. It wasn't because the move was so technics, but that no one had ever done a basic jiu jitsu sub from that takedown in a fight. Now if someone does a rip cord to escape the triangle and slap the arm bar on, I'd be stunned.
