Then directly into a vape shop, where the cash was handed over and an item was passed discreetly from underneath the counter. This is what’s happening with your taxpayers’ money in Essex. This is what’s happening in Chelmsford. This is what’s being facilitated by the daily shuttle buses from Wethersfield. Meanwhile, our homeless are ignored. Our NHS is under pressure.
