A 25-year-old migrant was found hiding inside a beach drainage pipe in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta on Saturday. He told authorities he wanted to stay in Spain before soldiers helped him climb out of the tunnel. Spanish authorities said crossings from Morocco stopped overnight following a migration surge that brought about 50,000 people into Ceuta. Dozens were killed, with some drowning and others crushed while trying to climb the breakwater and border fence. Spain said more than 48,000 of those who entered had returned to Morocco within 48 hours.
