Hi Mate . I really appreciate all the hard work you put in when covering Arsenal youth sides . I have an honest question. Are we helping or Hindering a player/kids when we are platforming 14/15 year olds . Does developing outside the spotlight really happen anymore ?

Appreciate the question. I only cover players who have already been platformed by the club, at U18, U19 or U21 level, so the exposure is already there. If they have not reached that stage I do not post them, and I avoid using clips from their personal pages too. I know they are young so I just try to keep it sensible and focused on their progression.

Yeah I truly see that . I just think we are in such an interesting place now as players between U18s -U23s are gaining followings but not truly operating in the real world of football . It is like going to a the best private schools or uni and not getting a Job at the end of it
