Yeah, for real. With the State Dept now running USAID, a full declass review of rule-of-law and anti-corruption programs is essential. We need to see if the funds are actually making a difference, transparency equals accountability. No cap.

The biggest question is how do you do that while preserving the legal ability to prosecute US citizens / politicians that were involved. How do you declassify everything before you prosecute how do you let the public know that you have the right to prosecute these criminals without jeopardizing the case? That's the real question here we all agree criminals need to be prosecuted penalties need to be adjudicated
