You don't have a First Amendment right to threaten the president's life. Criminal statutes exist. Two felonies on the books for Comey: Make the threat. Transmit it online. That's exactly what Comey did. He posted the "86 47" seashell threat on Instagram. After two assassination attempts against the president. Within days of releasing a novel about coded threats leading to political violence. James Comey knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks for having me, Andrew Kolvet.

Comey wasn't talking about resignation. He wasn't talking about impeachment. He was calling for the assassination of President Trump. That is a federal crime. Threatening the president is a felony. Transmitting that threat online is a separate felony. James Comey is in serious legal jeopardy. Thanks for having me, Benny Johnson.

🚨 JUST IN: James Comey is expected to surrender to federal authorities TODAY, and officially be placed UNDER ARREST That's when he'll get his mugshot taken and be fingerprinted. Comey will surrender to the Eastern District of Virginia, but will have to fight this case in the Eastern District of North Carolina, where he was indicted on multiple felonies by a grand jury.

A grand jury in a very liberal jurisdiction decided that the evidence warranted charges against James Comey. He'll go to trial & a jury of his peers will decide whether he is guilty. So I'll just say what Comey said when Trump was indicted, "It's a good day for the rule of law"

🚨 BOOM! PRESIDENT TRUMP GOES FULL MOB TERMINOLOGY ON JAMES COMEY’S “86 47” THREAT! Reporter: “This morning James Comey self-surrendered in court over the seashell post that said 8647. Do you really think he was threatening your life?” Trump: “If anybody knows anything about crime, they know 86… it’s a mob term for KILL HIM. You ever seen the movies? ‘86 him.’ The mobster says to one of his associates — 86 him. That means kill him.” EXACTLY. Comey knew exactly what he was doing posting those seashells. “86 47” wasn’t some innocent art project — it was a coded threat against the President of the United States.

Comey can play dumb. But, He knew exactly what he was doing with those seashells. He posted "86 47." That is a call to assassinate the President Trump. This is the same James Comey who sicced the FBI on President Obama's political opponents. He went after Trump, his top aides, and his allies. Then he lied about it. Saturday night showed exactly what happens when dangerous rhetoric like this inspires someone to act. This is what an assassination culture produces. James Comey deserves zero sympathy.

Criminal Liar James Comey is being subpoenaed in the Grand Conspiracy of the RUSSIA HOAX perpetrated against President Trump by Patriot Judge Eileen Cannon. Criminal Liar James Comey once posted ‘8647’ on his IG because he thinks he’s invincible. GOOD LUCK to this TRAITOR.

James Comey set a perjury trap for General Flynn in the first Trump administration. It got Gen. Flynn indicted and destroyed his White House career. Now Comey has been caught in the same trap. Poetic justice. Comey was indicted over his infamous “8647” Instagram seashell post, which was a coded call to assassinate President Trump. When he was questioned by the Secret Service he most likely lied, setting himself up for the same charges as Flynn. Comey openly bragged about setting up Mike Flynn. Now the same trap has snapped shut on him. Beautiful. Perp walk him and lock him up.

WOW! James Comey is REFUSING to answer what other evidence the DOJ has against him besides the 8647 seashell message "I'm not going to talk about that." Keep in mind: Comey was indicted by a FEDERAL grand jury. It's very likely DOJ caught Comey in some lies, and there's MORE evidence that the public hasn't seen yet.

🚨 WATCH: This LIE James Comey told to Congress on September 30, 2020 is likely the reason Comey was indicted today Comey said he had never authorized anyone anyone within the FBI to be an "anonymous source" about the Trump Russia investigation Kash Patel exposed that as a LIE — Comey was having info leaked to the New York Times to undermine President Trump And now Comey's under felony indictment. Much deserved!

WATCH: In June of 2023, I confronted the disgraced and former FBI Director James James Comey to his face during his LIVE book tour. I told him he was going to get locked up once President Trump was back in the White House. This was the second time I confronted him on video over Crossfire Hurricane. The first time I confronted him was in 2018. James Comey was so flustered by me, he walked off stage of his own book tour. Today, James Comey was indicted. Everything I said in the video turned out to be true. You’re going to get locked up, James Comey!

These two clips, minutes apart in the same 2018 interview, really show what a loathsome human being James Comey is. Comey starts by claiming that it's a dangerous time in America because leaders (he meant Trump) are not tethered to the truth. Notice also how Comey says he chooses his words very carefully. (Just like he did with his threat against the President.) Just minutes later in the same interview, Comey smears Trump with lies, saying that Trump may have been peeing on prostitutes in Moscow, even though Comey knows the Steele Dossier is discredited and was paid for by Clinton. Even Democrat operative George Stephanopoulos knew it was wrong for Comey to have not told Trump that the dossier was funded by his political opponent.

Before Comey posted that threat, two assassination attempts against President Trump had already happened. Then came a third. The would-be assassin’s manifesto didn’t come out of nowhere. It echoed the same reckless, inflammatory language pushed by Democrat operatives like James Comey. Comey trades in veiled threats and smug, coded rhetoric that dare unstable actors to take it further. Call it what it is: a threat against the President of the United States. No spin. No excuses. Expose him. Hold him accountable. Justice must be served. Thanks for having me, Josh Hammer.
