Really good first interview... would be very easy for him to come in and make it all about him and try and stamp in his style straight away. But to realise the good that sam and matt have done this season it's really encouraging to hear he's not planning on changing major things

Seems like he’s a good guy was appreciative of previous work done by the coaches ,managers the worse thing you can do is go in and change everything and he’s not ,which is great .only change things if it’s broke kinder thing welcome to the club Mike
