I have been a Dolphins fan since 1985. I honestly believe this firing is the biggest mistake they have made. McDaniel is easily the best coach we have had in my adult life. Ross is clueless and just chases the last trend 2 years too late. We lucked into McD and he fucked it up

I legitimately know 0.0 about the Xs & Os of football. But, that was a really fascinating listen/watch. As the owner of an analytics consultancy, I love when people take an analytical approach to what they do, with "why" being the basis.

McDaniels is a genius. He sees the entire picture with his brain processing things at 10x the speed and is trying to slow down and relay his thoughts into words in a simplified teachable way. I hope he joins the Eagles.
