He’s making the team more adaptable and able to play different ways. Critical for sustaining high quality of play, esp vs the types of opponents the club will now be seeing throughout Europe

The tactics aren't that bad as people have been complaining so far but it takes time. I trust him a lot because I know that the project and process are in the right direction. It's paying off no doubt about it!
