Mike's dominance was visceral, LeBron's analytical. Jordan believed he needed himself; LeBron seeks all possible help. Apples and oranges when comparing their paths to greatness. #NBA #MichaelJordan #LeBronJames

@TheRealJHair I never realized that “greatness” could include 6 Finals Losses (6-24 record). I guess participation trophies really do count.

Ric you are a student of the game, but you were not totally honest. The NBA change the rules, style of play for Jordan for him to get past the Pistons. The Bulls drafted and acquired key FAs to get them over the hump. Oh btw they had 1 of the 3 greatest coaches of all time to lead them. LeBron changed the systems for player movement. Why the double standards for LeBron vs Kareem, Kobe, Shaq, Durant and Kawaii? All of those players weren’t drafted originally by their championship team. Owners movement vs player movement. Barclay, Moses and KG were all traded to form championship teams, but we criticized LBJ for going to Miami. Karl Malone wished someone else would come to Utah, didn’t happen. Cleveland is no different. Don’t forget Shaq and Penny put L on Jordan and gang in his prime, no excuses. LeBron never had a coach of Phil or Pop caliber.

Jordan didn't play long enough to take a backseat to anyone. And the talent level in the league when Jordan was winning championships doesn't compare to modern NBA talent.

“In the times that he won, it was debatable that he should be the driving force of the team.” You’re such a hack.

There is no debate! How can you call yourself the goat and lead the nba in scoring only once in 20+ seasons while having a 4-6 finals record. Bron still forming super teams. MJ lead the nba in scoring 10x and was 6-0 in the finals and had only Pippen.

LeBron went to a 5th seeded Heat. Lottery CAVs and the Lakers who had the worst record the previous 7 years. 8 straight Finals then the Lakers. Scottie Pippen signed a dirt cheap contract and MJ never won without him nor took the Bulls to the Finals You’re a 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Also Jorfrua by himself 0-12 worst loss record to Larry Bird and Celtics 0-3 and 0-3 only GOAT candidate to have 1st round sweep. 0 playoff series wins without Pippen

Bronsexuals will scream about the differences between what KD did vs what Bron did when it comes to joining up, but completely play dumb about the differences between how MJ won vs how Bron won titles 😂

This bitch has spent 20+ years treating the NBA like MyGM with the salary cap turned OFF. Now it’s Embiid, Maxey, Jaylen Brown & VJ and when Philly gets bounced, the Bronsexuals will blame EVERY motherfucker except LeBron...The Stat-Pad Kang doesn’t take L’s—he collects EXCUSES.

Everyone needs help. It’s a team game. Thinking LeBron always needed help when Jordan had himself is bizarre. He had the best Robin a Batman could have in Pippen, had the greatest coach of all time in Jackson, the greatest Assistant Coach of all time in Tex Winter, then in the second run had Kukoc, Rodman and Parish. Can also state LeBron got to a finals with one of the weakest rosters in finals history with the Cavs. They were both incredible, numbers 1 and 2 in whatever order you want. Making it tribal is fucking weird

Well said, another way of putting it: Lebron tried to reverse engineer the GOAT title, like when you had math homework, looked up the answer in the back and then tried to figure out how to get to it. Lebron used Jordans resume as the GOAT answer, and his whole career, him and his team have been working to match or surpass that resume, and when they couldn't they've tried to change the definition that they themselves created. Totally ignoring a lot of MJ's greatness was how he did it, just as much as what he did. MJ never once in his career claimed to be the GOAT, what he was had was absolute belief in himself, that if he did the work, and everything he was supposed to, no one could beat him. And if someone did beat him, there was something he had to do to get better.

The most helped superstar with other stars in history. The most dependent. Fleeing, joining up with cakewalk stacked teams over and over and over again. That is not a goat legacy. That’s a tainted and limited, desperate, coattail legacy.

Why would Mj need to seek help when he had the goat coach, 1 of the best players in the league in Pippen and 1 of the greatest defenders/rebounders in the history of the sport in Rodman? Plus the league was weaker than ever. Bron is just a much better player, I know it hurts.

Always said that Lebron s first 7 years was his best and pure basketball. No blame games no bullshit just playing basketball but he just didnt wanna go further. Had Lebron stayed and won 2 or 3 there would have definitely been less doubters on his success.

Win his 5th NBA Championship minimum and By Any Means Necessary. That was LeBron James's motivation for leaving the Lakers. Criticize if you must.

Michael Jordan is the only player in NBA history to win the regular season MVP, Scoring Title, 1st Team All-Defensive selection, NBA Championship, and Finals MVP in the same season, accomplishing this feat four times. End of the discussion.

Former NBA player Al Harrington, a forward who played for the Indiana Pacers (IND), New York Knicks (NYK), and other teams from the late 1990s through the 2010s, and who faced both Michael Jordan and LeBron James during his career, explained the real reason why Jordan—not LeBron—is the true GOAT 🔥 But I’m going to tell you the difference between Michael Jordan era and LeBron era. Michael Jordan came up in the era where everybody hated each other. They did not cool with each other. It was no homeboys in the off season. It was no “let’s go to the clubs in the summer and go holler at some chick.” It was none of that. They lived in their own bubbles and when they played it was war. Ask Larry Bird what he think about Michael Jordan, bro. Ask any of these stars about what they think about LeBron. That’s what? That’s a homie. OH, REALLY? YEAH, WHY? MICHAEL JORDAN was probably the most… First off, he was… he was probably the… out of out of professional sports, he was here where everybody else was here. Michael Jordan was revered as a machine. Was he more criticized than LeBron? HE WAS SELFISH. HE DIDN’T TRUST ANYBODY ELSE. SEE, HE STILL WON. EVERYBODY SAID HE COULDN’T DO IT. HE CAME OUT AND HE WON. AND HE DID YEAH, YEAH, YEAH. AND YOU WAS LIKE, “YOU KNOW WHAT? I’M ROLLING with this kid here.” And you saw how hard he wanted it. You saw how hard he was going. And this WAS MAGIC AND BIRD STILL IN THE LEAGUE. YEAH. MAN, come on, man. — Source: (I AM ATHLETE Season 3 Episode 13) All of us NBA fans 100% agree with Al Harrington's opinion.🙏
