Almost every night, our defenders of the sky are working to repel Russian attacks. Together with electronic warfare units, army aviation, and mobile fire groups, the results of interceptor drones are already significantly increasing – more than 150 since the beginning of the month already, including shootdowns tonight. And there will be more. We will definitely continue to develop interceptor drone technology and train crews. The Ministry of Defense is contracting all available production capacity for interceptors. We are working on closer cooperation with partners – joint production and financing will let us scale this up faster. Thank you to everyone advancing this effort.

We will deploy solar lights once it is done and we will make sure we green up the area as well. The good people of Kaduna North will always come first. German leadership is tangible, and thanks to it, we will be able to save thousands of lives and provide Ukraine with a stronger defense against Russian terror. We will continue to work with all partners who can help in the same way. This week alone, I met with the presidents of Lithuania, Czechia, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Switzerland, and Latvia. We also concluded a bilateral security agreement with Latvia. This week, I also spoke with the prime ministers of the Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, and Ireland. Today, I had a call with the German Chancellor. We will make every effort to achieve even greater results in the coming weeks. Air defense and the frontline are two of the most important topics discussed during every call and meeting. We are working to increase the capabilities of our Defense Forces and defense industry.
