In BJP office, there's dedicated gate for Media entry, journalists are free to visit any floors, meet any leaders. Crew even takes power nap, nobody ever puts any restrictions.

It somehow finds no room for Israel, or the 250 journalists it has killed in Gaza. Committee to Protect Journalists’s own data shows why this is inexcusable: 2025 was the deadliest year for journalists on record, and Israel was responsible for two-thirds of all journalist deaths worldwide. CPJ has said Israel has now killed more journalists than any government since it began collecting data in 1992. So why did the Post leave it out?

I’m baffled by this. EVERY president in history has faced the press, good times or bad. No exceptions. Yet here we are, still waiting for Kamala Harris to address the nation directly. If you’re serious about policy, you have to engage. Swing voters are asking, “What’s the hold-up?” It’s simple: Come out and talk to the press. Period. No more excuses!

If the glutes are the goal, then nailing your hip thrusts is top of the list Two most common things I hear are "I feel it in my low back" or "I feel it more in my quads/hamstrings." Here are my best tips for locking in the form and bringing the emphasis back to the glutes. ★ Choose a bench height that hits the bottom of your shoulder blade when sat in front. ★ Great way to find your foot positioning is to use your knees as markers for approximately where you want your heels to be. The goal is to create a 90° bend behind the knee at the top. ★ Keep your eyes on the wall in front of you instead of arching your neck back to look up. ★ Keep a braced core so that the connection between your ribs, spine, and pelvis are stable and move as one solid unit. ★ Avoid pressing through the toes/balls of your feet.
