Cards announcers spend 45 sec to a minute talking about how Mikolas intentionally threw at Happ, then we’re flabbergasted that he was ejected. Everyone in the cards organization is trash.

They gave him one chance. When he needed the 2nd chance, he was going to get ejected.

Key: he threw at him twice. He was just a bad pitcher and missed the first time. Missing the first time but throwing high and inside was why he was ejected after only one HBP

These guys don’t know the rules. If the deem you are doing it purpose your tossed. He did it twice. You don’t get a warning
