If you play soccer and lacrosse you already know that acceleration and top end speed are vital to performance. However, just being fast in 5-40 yards in a straight line is not enough. Weaving. Curving. Dodging. Rotating etc.. are all other factors that must be considered. Being fast on a curve/angle is vital to performance. Be sure to train the edges!

They don’t ask the men who are blonde or the couples or the women. I suspect the terror threat is considered high right now, after the “mentally unsound” individual decided to drive his car at a bunch of people in Moderna because he feels Italians are unwelcoming to him and his ilk.
