This Bald Vampire is wrong on every level, loud, wrong, and proud of it. Harvard didn’t defy subpoenas, they handed over thousands of records. DHS wanted more than the law allows, and when Harvard asked for due process, a judge agreed. That’s not defiance, that’s the Constitution at work. Miller’s screaming “criminal conduct” without a single shred of evidence. Just another sideshow from a guy who’s made a career out of fearmongering. If he wants to talk about criminal conduct, he might want to check the mirror, or at least his boss’s former court calendar. Stop wasting our court's time with your illegal executive orders.

tephen Miller’s accusations are not only inflammatory but legally unsubstantiated. Harvard, like many institutions, has faced scrutiny over its admissions practices, but equating that with 'criminal conduct' is a political smear, not a legal finding. Invoking DHS subpoenas in this context also raises serious concerns about the weaponization of federal power to intimidate academic institutions. If we truly care about fairness, we need evidence-based policy,not vendettas dressed up as law enforcement
