In India, a heart attack happens 10 years before the death of a person. It is more severe. Often, if you and I go to a doctor and ask what the risk of a heart attack is, to calculate that, we have risk scores... All the risk scores that we have are either using Western risk scores, which are made up of 6 or 7 risk scores. We believed that if we apply these risk scores to the Indian population, that is, what are the chances of a heart attack in 10 years, if we apply these risk scores to the Indian population. These risk scores should not be validated for us because when these scores were made, they were made on the Western population... Real Estate doesn't unlock "financial freedom" Graham Stephan just said the quiet part out loud Maintenance. Insurance. Taxes. Anti-Landlord Policies. The risks start to compound. Is it worth it for 4 to 5% annual returns? Not really. There are better alternatives both from a financial & lifestyle standpoint. My personal favorite? Hosted Bitcoin Mining. It has a similar investment profile to Real Estate: - Depreciation - Cash Flow - Scarcity (∞/21,000,000) But the returns are higher and the tax savings are greater (100% Bonus Depreciation) And with service providers like @Blockware, you avoid all of the operational challenges. The pivot away from Real Estate as a "bread and butter" investment strategy is just beginning and will accelerate over the coming years

HOW TO GET WL on ? 💡 We’ve encountered an issue in DMs where some people haven’t fully understood how these boxes work; we’re seeing a lot of questions about how the site is set up. What are craft / upgrade / achievements for? Let’s start from the beginning: - We decided to implement the WL acquisition mechanic through the craft components system. Each box contains a specific material: (writing / adhesive / metal / blade / cardboard) that improves with each box. To obtain a WL, you need to collect 5 different components of the same level. Once you’ve collected all the components of a single level, go to the CRAFT tab and combine them. - The upgrade system works like this: If you’ve obtained 3 duplicate components from boxes of a certain level, you can upgrade them to the next level in this tab. The components of that level are consumed, and you receive 1 component of the next higher level. So, don’t jump to conclusions before burning the materials. Upgrading gives you the advantage of further improving your WL. 3 Worn Cardboard Level 1 -> 1 Plain Cardboard Level 2 (example) - In the Achievements tab, you claim rewards for completing upgrades, week games, crafting, and opening boxes. This increases your profile level, which also grants you rewards in the form of boxes. - Wallet Connection: When you go to the CRAFT tab and burn 5 different components of the same level, you receive a TICKET, which is your WL. Go to the Profile tab and enter your wallet address there. So, everyone has the chance to craft WL, from X giveaways to purchasing boxes.
