WHAT ABOUT DISABLED PEOPLE ON MEANS-TESTED HOUSING BENEFIT ? THEY ARE NOT GETTING £299 COST-OF-LIVING PAYMENTS YOU GAVE THEM £150 IN SEPTEMBER 2022 THEN IN OCTOBER TOLD THEM THEY COULDN'T CLAIM THE £150 WARM HOME DISCOUNT SO £150 - £150 = TAKING THE PISS
