Mind you, that last sequence was unscripted. Do you hear me? That raw emotion and pain, the shake of his head from the anguish of the memory. The knee slap to feel physical pain outside of the pain his mind. It was IMPROVISED. DELROY WAS ROBBED

Our Savior was willing to suffer the pain of His Atonement because He loves you. In fact, you are the joy that was set before Him while He suffered.

My heart broke for this child from the intensity of his pain as I pulled him out from under the rubble of their targeted home yesterday...but his greatest pain was when I told him that his father and mother had been martyred.

WATCH: Former U.S. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who was at the Kirk event, says he wants America to know that the last thing Charlie talked about was love and Jesus Christ. Chaffetz was visibly broken...but said this was too important not to share. “I want his wife and the country to know that the last question he took, the last thing he talked about to people in Utah—thousands of people that wanted to come hear him—is that his message was one of the love, of Jesus Christ, of his belief in prayer.” “And he talked about that from his heart.” “And you can feel it.”

Joe Rogan reveals his friend Cam Hanes' chronic pain suddenly went away after he stopped taking 800 mg of ibuprofen a day. Hanes took the ibuprofen so he could keep running. Then he realized it was torching his gut, and the inflammation it caused was making things worse. ROGAN: "I was talking to him [Hanes] on the phone once, and he was telling me, 'Yeah, I take 800 milligrams a day.' I was like, 'Whoa, wait a minute. How much? You do that every day?' And I go, 'Why?' He goes, 'I'm in pain. I'm in pain all the time, and I want to keep running.'" "And so then I sent him some information that Dr. Rhonda Patrick put out about the problem with ibuprofen, the problem with taking large doses of it on a regular basis, and what it does to your gut biome. So he stopped taking it. He said, 'Well, f*ck, I don't want to ruin my body. Let me just stop taking it.'" "The pain that he was experiencing went away after he stopped taking 800 milligrams of ibuprofen a day. And he realized that the pain that he was experiencing was accentuated by the fact that he was causing inflammation in his body by taking anti-inflammatories that were destroying his gut biome." "It's torching his gut biome... causing this cascade of inflammatory responses in his body, and he's in pain all the time. He gets off the ibuprofen; the pain goes away." TRAVIS BARKER: "Damn!" FUN FACT: Ibuprofen also wrecks the small intestine's lining, not just the gut biome. One study found damage in 71% of chronic NSAID users, versus 10% of non-users. Source: Graham et al., Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, 2005.
