It was custom in Jesus' day to memorize whole psalms. All who heard the first verse of any psalm immediately knew which psalm and every word in it. Jesus on the cross quoted psalm 22 to preach to the crowd he was the fulfillment of its prophecy; he was the Messiah, Son of God.

Not just quoting scripture, he was quoting prophecy describing Himself from hundreds of years, prior to Him being born. Prior to crucifixion even being a form of capital punishment.

God is one person living in three dimensions and Jesus is his meat. When Jesus said why have you forsaken me he was having an internal discussion because he was about to die. Do you not know that your soul leaves your body when you die? His soul, is his personality.
