What does it do? For rice to be processed after per boiling, we need to peel, destone and polish. Does it perform all three tasks?

We got one recently from you guys I think but we have not been able to set it up properly as it keeps breaking the rice and comes out with a bit of shaft. How can you be of help sir. I could send you a video of it

First of all, tonnes of rice meant to be distributed through Public Distribution System (PDS) is making its way to Privately owned Rice Mills. Thereafter it's being re-milled (polished) and readied for being sold in the open market. The video annexed herewith shows how Re-milling of PDS Rice is being done inside the Green Forest Herbotek Private Ltd Rice Mill. I would request ED to kindly look into the matter and investigate how Ration food grains meant for the general public is being looted by the State Govt - Pvt Rice Mill nexus.
