@Stellarated Sec 22 doesn't reserve any trade for SAs. The SCA judgement in 2014 allowed legal asylum seekers to be self-employed, consequential right to trade, and earn a living in the informal sector. The DHA didn't challenge the SCA judgement. Lack of political will, again, is to blame.
