Bindura Mayor Cllr Jacob Gwature appeared at the Harare Magistrates Court this morning & has been remanded in custody to Tuesday 26th of September 2023. Cllr. Gwature, like many of our leaders & officials faces fictitious charges dating as far back as 2021. On Tuesday, the 26th of September 2023, we urge our supporters to fill up the Court in solidarity with the Mayor as well as to demonstrate our dismay & opposition against the abuse of state institutions to undermine the will & choices of the people of Zimbabwe. To restore & retain the people's trust & confidence , our Courts must refuse to be reduced to ZANU PF's instruments of persecution. The courts ought & must be seen to be carrying our justice without fear or favour. His Legal Advisor Enerst Jena is of the opinion that this is not a criminal matter & must be before a civil not a criminal Court, and rightly so. Or because they want to stick to the claim that there are no grooming gangs in London? Serious allegations that a Sikh girl was groomed for years and raped while under 16. Yet no arrest because she has now turned 16? If the crimes occurred when she was a child, her current age is irrelevant. Grooming is a crime. It’s about equal justice, child protection, and police accountability. Every child matters. The law must apply equally.

Jack is 20 years old with no signs of slowing down. He now has a problematic ankle that we are sparing no expense on keeping him comfortable on. Not for our use but because he does not handle life at the farm well. He is happiest with a purpose and just being around the barn. I have had him in my life since he was a yearling and owned him since he was 3. It is not a thought I want to have that he is getting up there in age.

Same pipeline Trump was talking about in the Cabinet Room. Fake meal sites. Housing shops. Autism Medicaid mills. The money left Minneapolis through wires, shells, and hawala windows instead of staying with the kids it was supposed to feed. Bessent’s line was the whole case: you cannot send Minnesota welfare money to Somalia. If you are wiring it there, you are getting too much — or you are in the scam. Twin Cities banks and transmitters got a geographic targeting order. Outbound transfers of $3,000 or more have to be reported. FinCEN renewed that order August 7 for another 180 days. The net is still up. He also said some of those funds may have been diverted toward al-Shabaab. That part is still an investigation, not a finished charge. Walz ran the programs. The audits are on the pipes.
