As House Speaker I fought hard to establish a fraud oversight committee to expose the fraud and work towards solutions to prevent it. But we must go beyond shining a light on the issue -- we need action. Democrats, led by Tim Walz, blocked our bill to create an Office of Inspector General last session. We need a champion for the people, not the fraudsters. The fraud has to stop. It will stop when I’m governor.
