Minutes after waking up from a successful cardioversion, I’m back stretching. My wife, Payge McMahon (aka Payge Page) is like… ‘can you just rest for 24-hours?’ 🤪 Last week, I went into AFib. I normally wear a heart monitor when training, but for some reason didn’t this day. I... pushed myself too hard, felt ‘off’, dizzy, and heart racing… and well, here we are… This is my 2nd time with AFib (irregular heartbeats) in the past 3 years. I’ll have a cardio ablation next month and should be good to go. I will never not wear a heart monitor and/or Apple watch when working out again. I promise Payge🙏🏼! I had an ablation about 3 years ago. My Apple Watch told me that my heart rate was way too high (210BPM) I drove myself to the hospital (which they were shocked by) and said the watch was probably wrong. It was dead on. Took a shot of adenosine and a referral at the Milwaukee VA for the procedure. I have not had an issue since. I hope your procedure goes as well as mine.

@PaygeMcMahon I had open heart surgery in December to replace the aortic valve and had aFib for about 8 days. Cardioversion was the best thing to happen to me that week let me tell you. I literally went home a few days later. AFib was gone and I could get on with proper recovery. ❤️‍🩹

@PaygeMcMahon Good luck! I used to be in AFib every day for 8 years. Had four cardio ablations and one cardioversion. Finally fixed it and I have now been in normal sinus rhythm for 7 years now!

2026.08 : running fashion 🦊 i can’t really run a lot in korea because i don’t have the time to, i’m too busy to even do weights so i don’t get to do it a lot but when i go overseas, i get some free time…but when i see places with nice views, i’m like “we should go running” 🦊 the clothes i wore when i went running recently were from llege and it says ‘running couple’ on the t-shirt so i was like “aaa this would be nice to wear when i go running” and the material is really good for running too, it dries really fast 🦊 i think i dressed in that thinking that i might as well take some pretty pictures while i’m out running in a pretty place 🦊 running is uncomfortable when your hair gets in the way…i usually wear beanies a lot but it’s too hot to wear a beanie so i’m like “let’s wear a bandana” and i just wrap it around and sweat a lot, then when you wash it, it’s back to it’s original state

(Near yelchenhalli metro station) Our 24/7 helpline number : 91088 19998 When I was 11 years old, I met my first love, an indie pup, Gunda. Gunda is my Praana. A couple of years ago my lil Gunda became a star in the sky, I couldn’t kiss him, or hug him or feed him anymore, he left a hole in my heart that I couldn’t fill. That’s when I made a promise to him that I was going to love, feed and look after all the animals around me. I realised, that not only did I see him in every animal that I loved, but i felt his love from every animal that I helped. This love i received helped fill the hole in my heart, it has helped my heart feel complete again, and helps my heart grow with every animal I help. But I wanted more... so, I had to give more… which is why I started the Praana Animal Foundation. :) Today, we launch The Praana Rehabilitation and Adoption Centre for cats. The first structure I have ever physically built. I want to thank every person and animal that helped us to achieve this milestone. I can’t tell if I’m crying or smiling, my heart is full, I hope you are happy, my Gunda. This, of course, wouldn’t have been possible without help from Tekion , thanks for believing in Praana and believing that we can make a better world for all animals. I don't know what's going to happen to me, but I just wanted you all to know that it's been an honor teaching you and helping you along in your path of life. I treasure the many friendships thst have been made here, and I hope that you all continue to love each other and help out, always. If I succumb to this, all systems sent in will be promptly shipped back. Give me your best vibes on this..
