Lying to Police (6months) 2. Drug Abuse (2-15yrs) 3. Obtaining money under false pretense (7yrs) 4. Breach of peace. (1yr) Boj said arresting or prosecuting her will make matters worse. That Mirabel is mentally ill and the false rape story was her last move to see if anyone actually cared about her. Boj feels there as a conspiracy among her neighbors, her friends were probably jealous of her and only cared because of the social media attention. She concluded that Mirabel didn’t accuse anyone even though she could. Meaning she’s a decent kid. So, she needs help not prosecution. Actually, Saida Boj is right on this one. If the case is strongly pursued she could do one 20yrs in jail. But fortunately, the Ogun Police DPO understands the situation according to VeryDarkMan.
