In Japan, it's titled “ゆけゆけ!!トラブルメーカーズ/Yukeyuke!! Toraburu Mēkāzu/Go Go!! Trouble Makers”. Developed by Treasure(known for Wario World, Sin And Punishment, etc.), but published by Enix (known for Dragon Quest, etc.).
