My conclusion: the public narrative about what this video supposedly shows doesn't match what I see. ❌ It's not a magically enhanced 4K video. ❌ You cannot clearly see a rifle. ❌ You do not see a shot fired. ❌ You do not see a muzzle flash. ❌ You do not see recoil. ❌ There is no audio. What you do see is a zoomed-in version of an already low-quality surveillance video. The individual climbs the railing, runs, lies down for a period of time, and then runs away at approximately 12:23:30. That's it.
