This young man visited me today in great pain. He shared his long and difficult journey of seeking treatment across many hospitals, yet no clear diagnosis has been found. Every test conducted so far shows no disease, but the pain persists. For over three years, he has spent large amounts of money on medication and hospital visits, draining all his resources. Doctors have now advised that he undergo specialized tests to help identify the root cause of his condition, but he currently has no funds left. He is therefore appealing to the public for support to raise KSh 100,000 for these special tests and treatment. He requested me to share his video online so that anyone who has ever experienced a similar problem, any doctor who might be able to help, and any well-wisher willing to support him can reach out. WATCH | Help us identify this man. On 4 July 2026, he visited one of our shops along Nelson Mandela Avenue and scammed one of our employees using a fake US$100 note. When he entered the shop, he pretended to be talking to his boss on the phone. We believe this person was the driver of the Mazda Demio he arrived in. It appears that these individuals target shops that are about to close for the day. They engage employees in unnecessary small talk to distract and confuse them, making it less likely that the fake note will be carefully checked. The matter has already been reported to the police.
