This is so sad and scary. My heart breaks for this mama. He should never have unsupervised custody ever again. So tired of the court system not protecting kids and women from abusive situations. He should’ve lost ALL his rights when he abused her (the mom).

Abusive husbands should never get custody. Alcoholic parent should never get custody. This is why so many women die at the hands of their partner or former partner.
