A heartbreaking end to the search for James "Weston" Higginbotham, a 20-year-old Auburn University student. Weston was a passionate naturalist studying environmental sustainability. He got into a heated argument with his mother because she was using ChatGPT too much to navigate their vacation. He was deeply anti-AI and furious over the massive amount of natural water resources required to cool corporate tech servers. He turned off his location, but CCTV tracked him to Yamashina station. Over 100 police, K9 units, and helicopters searched. A volunteer team found his body in the mountains outside Kyoto. He spoke no Japanese and didn't know the area, investigators believe he got lost in the rugged terrain.

All these kids just lost their parents after an Israeli air strike on their house. They are originally from Gaza city, and they evacuated to the middle area to be safe, but last night at 2 am the house they were in was targeted. The boy in the last video was injured after an air strike on the school him and his family were sheltering in. He is in pain and he is asking for a bed. He doesn’t want to be on the floor. He just wants to sleep. The hospital is extremely overwhelmed.

I travelled to Darbhanga, Bihar, and spoke to the family of 65-year-old Abdul Salam, who was killed on March 1 during Ramadan while fasting. His family alleges he was attacked after objecting to communal slurs being hurled at Muslims in his neighbourhood. They say he was on his way to open his shop when he was assaulted with an iron rod and killed on the spot. Main accused Manish Kumar Ram has been arrested, but the family is still demanding the arrest of all those involved and strict action. “They killed him just for speaking up,” his son told me. For nearly half a century, a family in Tjakwa, Plumtree, lived with the painful knowledge that their father had been killed, but fear kept people from speaking about where he had been buried. Today, that long search may finally have reached an answer. The family says their father was killed by guerrillas in 1978 after being accused of being a “sellout” because he worked on a farm owned by a white farmer. According to his son, people in the area had always known where he was killed and buried, but for decades they were too afraid to talk. Determined to find his father, the son recently began pursuing the story, following leads until he was taken to a cave on a hill in the Nyabane area. After searching the cave, the family discovered what they believe are their father's remains.Among the items found were human bones, a shirt, a belt and shoes. Forty-eight years after his disappearance, a family that had lived without a grave to mourn at may finally have found their father. The remains have since been handed over to Plumtree Police for further investigation and identification.

Artificial intelligence chat bot is being sued because it’s telling autistic children to kill their parents and engage in sexual activity The CEO of the company is the former VP of META and was founded by a former Google researcher “The mother of a 17 year old in Texas who has autism claims an AI chatbot suggested the teen kill his family. And now that family is suing. In just six months, the parents say the teen turned into someone his parents didn't even recognize. He began harming himself. He lost 20 pounds and withdrew from the family. After the teen consulted Character AI about his parent’s phone use rules” “What disturbed me the most was this was a child who had no violent tendencies, who was handling his autism well. It was a close, loving, spiritual family who went to great lengths to control their son's social media use. And unbeknownst to their family and to the parents, the child got on Character AI and was encouraged to cut himself and encouraged to engage in highly inappropriate sexual activity or interchanges and finally encouraged to kill his parents when his parents tried to limit his cell phone use. This is not an accident.”
