The contractor has a liability period of more than 5 years in any civil project, so if there is anything wrong in the civil project then the contractor has to shell their own money to repair it. Separate maintenance funds are earmarked by the contractor for this.

Are these repairs happening for free or are they issuing patch job work orders...
