At Launch Complex 39B at Kennedy Space Center, NASA teams will test and verify performance across the entire system, including a fueling test, to gather the data needed to confirm flight readiness before committing to a launch attempt.

Launch opportunities for Artemis II open February 6 and extend through the spring, providing flexibility to ensure the rocket, spacecraft, ground systems, and crew are fully ready before moving forward.

Through every step of the process, the safety of the Artemis II crew remains NASA’s top priority as we prepare for America’s return to the Moon. Stay tuned for more information in the coming days and weeks!

I’m going to lead this off by saying I do not want to sound disparaging. It’s going to sound that way, but I just want you to know I am dead serious… do you have a fake eye, and if you do, why not go for a cool eyepatch? I have a couple friends that have them and I think they look pretty cool. That would be my go to if I ever took something to my face like that.

The big question is, will Billy be working the hydrogen system?

Exciting! Looking forward to more coverage.

This is so exciting, really looking forward to it as I did when I was much younger

These are the updates the American people need on a regular basis… not just nasa but progress across all major departments. The momentum will spread and get the American unity roaring for excitement. 🇺🇸🫡 nice work @NASASpox

If it's a Boeing, they better hope the doors don't fly off during launch.

HERE WE GO!!!!! RAHHHH

@NASA Why rely on technologies rooted in decades-old requirements when modern systems are available and operational—particularly when astronaut safety should be the top priority? I’m interested in understanding how these decisions are made and how much they are driven

@NASA Wow! Been waiting for this! Once the Moon orbit is completed, I hope we construct a Moon base. Then we need to perfect travel to and fro the Moon. Once this happens, we can start exploring further afield. It’s imperative that we get everything right with the Moon first.

2,001 + : A Space Odyssey ! Good Luck and Bon Chance etc

Great news. Looking forward to future updates. Thanks for posting on X. 🙏🇺🇸

@NASA Yes! We have been anxiously waiting!

NASA needs to partner with SpaceX.

Feb 6 is my birthday! Thanks for the celebration!

@NASA Save your lies

@NASA I would like to be there

Dangggggf what’s uppppp Bethannyyy

Why has it been 50 years since we've visted the moon?

Bethany, sounds good, I will be tuned in for your news."

Artemis is a joke. Sorry to tell ya. It will never happen. Why won't Elon tell you???

@NASA by institutional inertia and political constraints, rather than by innovation and the adoption of the safest, most advanced technology.

baddie

@NASA Haha. Right!!…..

ad astra! 🇺🇸🚀💪

Lets see: a fuel leak, oxygen problem, launch computers have a virus. I’m just trying to help with upcoming lies.

Another money pit for our tax dollars.

It’s going to be great following the mission. Cheers!

@NASA Godspeed. May you always reach for the stars, and beyond.

Thanks Bethany!

@Blobifie @ThePrimalDino @conspiracyslyr Less than 2 weeks until rollout confirmed

please send Mark Kelly! He thinks he is the best and we don't want him here.

Let’s go

Just one question, which will be answered in two weeks: will @SpaceX have to rescue anyone this time?

If it can't land or be chopsticked from the sky like meogi catching a fly its a waste of money. Elon has better tech.
